25Years on the floor
The company

A factory that behaves like a partner.

We started with one cutting table and a school contract. Twenty five years later the pattern room, cutting floor, stitching lines, embroidery, printing, inspection and packing all sit in the same building. Nothing is subcontracted out and quietly re-labelled.

That matters when the second order arrives. Your fabric, your shade standard and your graded size set are already on file, so year two looks exactly like year one.

Mission

Uniforms that hold shape, colour and fit through the whole contract, not just the first month.

Vision

To be the manufacturing partner brands keep, run after run, in every market they enter.

Values

Say the real lead time. Cut the fabric you approved. Fix a fault before it ships.

What we manufacture

Nine programmes, one production standard.

Filter by sector. Every category runs through the same pattern room, cutting table and inspection line. Only the rulebook changes.

Built in the details

A uniform is judged at the seam, not on the hanger.

Four places a buyer should check before signing off a sample. The same four we check before it leaves the floor.

01 FabricFabric weave close up

The cloth

Weight, weave and shrinkage tested before cutting. Your shade is lab dipped and kept as a physical standard.

02 StitchStitching close up

The seam

Twin needle side seams, bar tacks at every stress point, and a stitch count that survives industrial laundry.

03 BrandEmbroidered logo

Your mark

Embroidery, screen print, sublimation, woven labels and heat seal. Digitised once, repeated identically every run.

04 BuildCollar construction

The construction

Collars, cuffs, plackets and waistbands built with fusible interlining that will not bubble after twenty washes.

Why UNIFORMS

Six reasons the second order is easier than the first.

01

Everything under one roof

Pattern room, cutting, stitching, embroidery, printing, inspection and packing in the same building.

02

Design and development in house

Send a sketch or a worn out garment. We pattern it, grade the size set and sample it in ten days.

03

Fabrics that last the contract

Eight base cloths in stock, dyed to order beyond that, each tested for shrinkage, pilling and colour fastness.

04

Inspected before it ships

AQL 2.5 on every carton with measurement checks against the spec sheet you signed.

05

Reorders that actually match

We hold your fabric, shade standard and a size buffer. New starters ship in 72 hours in the same colour.

06

Worldwide wholesale supply

Export documents, carton marking and consolidated shipping handled here, so your forwarder gets one clean file.

Inside the building

Six minutes on how the work actually happens.

No stock footage and no voiceover actor. One walk through the floor, from the fabric store to the loading bay.

The cloth

Eight base fabrics we keep on the shelf.

Open a fabric to see where it belongs. Anything outside this list is dyed and woven to your specification.

The workhorse for corporate and school blazers. Holds a press, resists shine at the elbow and comes back from dry cleaning without shrinking into a different size.

Easy care finish for daily wear shirting. Breathable enough for a hot climate, stable enough that collars stay flat after a hundred washes.

Scrubs and lab coats. Fluid resistant finish, colour fast through high temperature laundry, and soft enough for a twelve hour shift.

Industrial coveralls and cargo trousers. Heavy twill that takes bar tacks and knee reinforcement without puckering.

Inherent FR treatment for welding, energy and petrochemical sites, supplied with the certification pack your safety officer will ask for.

Sublimation base for team kits. Four way stretch, moisture managing, and prints with edge to edge colour that does not crack at the seam.

Polo shirts for corporate casual and school house kit. Textured face that hides creasing and holds an embroidered logo cleanly.

Kitchen jackets and aprons. Stain releasing finish with a breathable mesh back panel option for hot line service.

Client feedback

What procurement says after year two.

The reorder matched the original run exactly. That sounds small until you have had a supplier send a different navy and call it the same navy.

Farah IdrisProcurement / Civic Health

They told us the real lead time instead of the one we wanted to hear, then hit it. Three seasons running now.

Daniel CroftOperations / Northline

Our housekeeping team stopped complaining about the fit, which after eleven years is the only review that matters.

Marcus TanGM / Harbourview Hotels

We sent a photo of a jacket we liked and got a patterned sample back in nine days. No other supplier even replied that week.

Priya RamanBrand / Apex Airlines

Seven thousand blazers, one size complaint. Our previous supplier gave us that in the first week.

Before you ask

The things buyers ask us first.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 50 pieces per style. A custom developed style starts at 100 pieces per colourway, because the pattern, grading and sampling cost is spread across the run.
How long does production take?
Sampling is 7 to 10 days. Bulk production is 21 to 30 days depending on quantity, embellishment and whether the fabric is stocked or dyed to your colour.
Can I see a sample before bulk?
Yes. You get a pre-production sample in the approved fabric with your logo applied. Bulk is only cut after you sign it off in writing.
Will the colour match on a reorder?
Your shade is lab dipped and recorded against a physical standard we keep on file. Reorders are matched to that standard, not to a screen reference.
Do you hold stock for reorders?
For contract clients we hold fabric and an agreed size buffer. Top ups for new starters usually dispatch within 72 hours.
What happens if a garment fails?
Stitching or fabric faults inside twelve months are replaced. Send a photo and the carton number and the replacement goes out with your next dispatch.
