Buyers are welcome to visit the floor. Tell us a date and we will arrange a walkthrough of cutting, printing, stitching and quality control.

Questions buyers ask first
How fast will I get a quote?
Within one working day for standard categories. Complex tech packs with multiple fabrics can take two days because we confirm material availability before quoting.
What is the minimum order quantity?
50 pieces per style, with sizes and colourways mixed inside that style.
What file formats should I send?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are ideal. High resolution PNG or JPG works too, and our design team redraws supplied artwork to production ready files at no extra cost.
How do payments work?
Standard terms are 50 percent advance and 50 percent before dispatch, by bank transfer or Wise. Sample charges are invoiced separately and are often credited against the bulk order.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship door to door worldwide by air courier or sea freight, with tracked documentation. Shipping is quoted separately once the carton weight and volume are known.
