Football, basketball, rugby, cricket and training wear in four way stretch performance knits. Names, numbers and sponsor blocks handled in house, from a twelve player order to a full league rollout.
Teamwear division / 12 players to a league
There are two ways to make a sublimated kit. The cheap way prints a finished blank, which leaves white seams, cracked graphics at the panel joins and a sponsor logo that does not line up across the chest. The correct way prints the panels flat, then cuts and sews them, so the design runs edge to edge and continues across every seam. The difference costs slightly more and is visible from the touchline.
The knit underneath matters as much as the print. A performance interlock with four way stretch and a moisture managing finish moves with a player and dries between halves. A cheap polyester holds sweat, goes heavy and starts to smell after a season of poor washing. For teams playing in heat, panel placement of a lighter mesh under the arms and down the flanks changes how the kit performs far more than the fabric name on the label.
The last piece is the boring one: repeatability. Squads change, players are added mid season, and a replacement shirt has to match a kit printed eight months earlier. Your artwork, colour profile and number font are held against your account, so shirt twenty four matches shirts one to twenty three rather than almost matching them.
Clubs usually start with the matchday kit and add the rest once they see how the colours reproduce. Everything runs on the same artwork and the same held colour profile, so the tracksuit matches the shirt.
Fully sublimated shirts, shorts and socks in home, away and third designs. Goalkeeper sets with padded elbows, and a youth grade for junior squads.
Reversible and single sided jerseys with shorts, in a lighter interlock with a wider armhole and a drop tail designed to stay tucked through a game.
Heavier knits and reinforced collars for contact, with grip panels where the code allows them and a seam construction built to survive a maul rather than a photoshoot.
Match whites, coloured limited overs kit, sweaters and caps. Whites specified with an optical brightener that holds through a season of grass stains and hot washes.
Training tees, bibs, quarter zips, warm up tops and tracksuits. Usually the highest volume part of a club order and the part players actually wear every day.
Presentation tracksuits, rain jackets, benchwear and stadium coats in bonded and brushed fabrics, matched to the matchday palette so the whole squad reads as one club.
Compression tops, leggings, shorts and vests for club gyms, academies and fitness brands, in stretch knits with flatlock seams to avoid chafing.
Replica shirts, hoodies, tees and caps for the supporter side of the club, produced from the same artwork so replica and match kit actually match.
Sub pages carry the fabric weights, fit blocks, number fonts and price bands for each sport, which is usually what a club secretary needs before taking a decision to a committee.
Home, away and third designs, goalkeeper sets and youth grading, fully sublimated.
Training tees, bibs, quarter zips and warm up tops in performance knits.
Presentation sets, benchwear and rain jackets matched to the matchday palette.
The right knit depends on contact level, session length and the temperature the team plays in. A kit specified for a cool European league is the wrong kit for a summer tournament in the Gulf.

Sublimation only bonds properly to high polyester content knits, which is why match kit is polyester based rather than cotton. Where a club wants a cotton feel for training or fan wear, we print rather than sublimate and specify the method accordingly.
Sublimation transfer, panel cutting and assembly on a live teamwear run. This is the sequence that produces edge to edge colour rather than white seams, and it is the single thing worth checking before choosing any kit supplier.
Most clubs are working to a season start rather than a general timeline. The run is scheduled backwards from your first fixture, and each stage is dated against it.
Your badge, sponsors and colours, plus a design direction or a reference kit. If you only have a rough idea, our team drafts the design and returns a mockup before anything is printed.
Your colours are printed on the actual knit and approved physically. Screen colour and printed colour are different things, and locking the profile now is what makes future top ups match.
Front, back and side mockups with numbers and sponsor placement shown. Committees find things at this stage that are far cheaper to fix now than after printing.
A real kit in the approved knit, in seven to ten days. Most clubs put it on a player for a training session before signing off, which we recommend.
Panels printed flat and heat transferred, so the design runs to the very edge of every panel with no white seam and no cracking at the join.
Panels cut and assembled with flatlock seams where the garment sits against skin, and reinforcement at the armhole, hem and collar join.
Squad numbers and names applied to the approved font and placement, then AQL 2.5 inspection with a check against the squad list you supplied.
Bagged per player where a squad list is supplied, boxed per team for league orders, with export documents and tracked dispatch handled here.
A kit looks good in the first photograph. These are the things that decide whether the club orders again.
Printing before cutting means the graphic continues from front panel to side panel to sleeve. Printed blanks cannot do this, and on a striped or graphic heavy kit the difference is obvious from the stand.
Artwork, colour profile and number font are held against your account. A shirt printed eight months after the original run comes out the same colour, which is not a given elsewhere.
Sublimation dyes the fibre rather than sitting on top of it, so the graphic cannot peel or crack. The knit is finished for colour fastness so the kit does not fade at a different rate to the shorts.
A single squad can order without joining a larger buy. That matters for youth teams, academy sides and clubs adding a new age group mid season.
Application is part of the production run rather than subcontracted out, so placement is measured and consistent across the squad and the lead time does not gain an extra week.
Youth grading is a separate block rather than a scaled down adult kit, and each sport has its own fit, because a basketball armhole and a rugby collar are not interchangeable.
Match kit, training wear and print detail from club and league orders shipped this season.
Two clubs and a league. Different scales, same three requirements: colour, fit and repeatability.
Fourteen clubs on one league template with individual club colours and badges. One artwork system, fourteen colour profiles, and a single dispatch schedule before the season opened.
Senior, reserve and two junior sides needing the same design across four fit blocks. Youth grading drafted separately so the under twelves kit fit rather than swamped.
A squad that grows through the year and needed every replacement shirt to match a kit printed months earlier. Solved with a held colour profile and number font on file.
With the squad size, that is enough to start. If you do not have a design yet, send the badge and two colours and our team will draft mockups before you commit to anything.
Tell us the garment, the quantity and the date. That is enough for a costing.
