Business uniforms for every branch you run

If your staff work across many branches, the uniform is one of the few things every customer sees in the same way. Benjima makes business uniforms for bank networks, telecom stores, consultancies, logistics companies and customer service teams, from suits and shirts to polos, chinos and softshell jackets, all built around your brand guidelines and the jobs your people do.

We run the full contract for you: pattern grading, fabric, colour matching, sampling, bulk production, inspection, branch-by-branch packing and international delivery. One account contact coordinates with your procurement team throughout, and nothing that affects the finished garments moves forward until you have approved it, so there are no surprises when the cartons are opened in each location.

Multi-site uniform programmes tend to break down in the same places. One city's navy looks bluer than another's, new hires wait weeks for a jacket, and prices drift between orders. We plan against each of those problems before the contract begins.

Sample collections you can test before you commit

For a new contract or a formal tender, we prepare a complete physical sample collection with certified lab dip swatches, usually within 10 to 14 business days. Your team can wear the garments at work, wash them and compare them with your brand book before any bulk order is placed.

The samples are made in your real fabric, colour, trims and badges. Once approved, they become the reference for the contract. Every production run is checked against them, so a shirt delivered to your fortieth branch in the second year matches the one you approved at the start of the programme.

See how a contract uniform order is run

The video follows a contract business uniform order through our factory. You see computerised fabric cutting, colour checks on the spectrophotometer, twin-needle seams being sewn, badges being attached and finished garments being barcoded and sorted into cartons for individual branches. Your order follows the same route, with photos sent to you at every stage of production.

It is useful when several departments need to agree. Share it with procurement, operations, HR and branch managers before signing, so everyone can see how the programme actually works in practice and then decide together what matters most, whether that is colour consistency, laundry durability, delivery by branch or how quickly new staff can be dressed.

If you would rather go through your requirements on a call, send a message and we will arrange a time that suits your procurement team.

Why multi-branch companies choose us for uniforms

Contract capacity, colours that match across sites, and buffer stock that keeps new hires dressed quickly.

Capacity for large programmes

Automated lines produce more than 45,000 finished pieces a month, following ISO 9001 quality workflows. Large rollouts can be split into phased deliveries, so branches receive uniforms in the order your launch plan needs.

One shade everywhere

Every fabric run is measured by spectrophotometer and held to a Delta E below 0.8, so a blazer in one city matches the same blazer in another.

Buffer stock for new hires

We can hold fabric and finished garments in our warehouse, so reorders for new staff dispatch within 5 to 7 days, without waiting for a fresh production run.

Prices locked for the year

Annual unit pricing is agreed at the start of the contract, so budgets set early in the year still hold at the end. Quotes come straight from our merchandisers, so you see what each garment costs.

Business Uniforms

Uniforms that last a full replacement cycle

Business uniforms are worn every day and washed often, sometimes in industrial laundries. That is why fabrics are rated above 50,000 Martindale rubs, seams are twin-needle flat felled, and pocket linings resist tearing from keys, phones and card readers.

A liquid-repellent finish makes spills bead off the surface, and colours hold through repeated washing. Garments keep their shape and shade for the full replacement cycle, so you replace uniforms on schedule instead of early.

Your brand identity, consistent across every single branch

Branding on a business uniform has to survive the same washing as the garment. We use embroidered emblems, woven crests and moulded 3D silicone or TPU badges, with piping and trims matched to your Pantone colours. Badges can be stitched on in the factory or supplied loose for fitting at each branch.

Trims and emblems are checked against the same colour standard as the main fabric, so details never clash with the body garment. Materials meet OEKO-TEX and REACH chemical requirements, which helps when your supplier approval process covers regulated markets. Every badge and trim is shown on the samples first.

For delivery, our packing line barcodes and sorts each shipment by region or branch. Instead of splitting one large delivery at head office, each location receives its own labelled cartons, ready to issue to staff. Ties, metal badges and epaulettes can be packed with each kit.

How do you plan a business uniform programme across many sites?

A business uniform programme across many sites has to do three things well: look the same everywhere, survive daily wear and keep up with hiring. Before you sign a contract, decide how you will handle colour, durability and replenishment, because those decide whether the programme runs smoothly.

Colour across every site

Ask for lab dips before you approve a shade. We return them within 3 to 5 business days, calibrated to your Pantone references. Once approved, every later run is held to the same standard and each dye lot is archived, so reorders months apart still match the original.

  • Approve lab dips against your brand book before any bulk fabric is dyed.
  • Keep one approved sample set at head office as a reference.
  • Ask for a pre-shipment inspection report with every delivery for your records.

Durability in use

Tell us how uniforms will be washed. Industrial laundries need high abrasion ratings, flat felled seams and badges that stay put. We test fabrics for abrasion, pilling, seam slippage and shrinkage in hot laundry conditions before recommending them.

A uniform programme succeeds when the hundredth branch looks exactly like the first one did.

Planning for new hires

Staff turnover never stops, so plan replenishment from the start. A buffer stock agreement keeps fabric and finished garments ready in our warehouse. Your procurement team orders through a portal that can sync with your ERP, and goods dispatch within days rather than waiting for a full production run.

Comfort your staff notice on busy days

Comfort your staff notice on busy days

Staff who serve customers all day need clothing that works as hard as they do. Here are four comfort points we build in.

Seams that lie flat

Twin-needle flat felled seams sit smoothly against the body and spread stress across two rows of stitching, so nothing rubs or splits.

Pockets for the working day

Tear-resistant pocket linings carry keys, phones and card readers all day without wearing through, so staff have their tools to hand.

Spills wipe away

A liquid-repellent finish makes coffee and water bead off, keeping staff presentable through busy client shifts.

Layers for outdoors

Softshell and fleece jackets keep staff warm and dry when their work takes them outside the branch.

Frequently asked questions

What contract volumes do you offer for business uniforms?

Contracts start at 100 sets per production run, which suits a regional rollout or a first phase. From there, we can scale to large monthly volumes. We offer tiered volume pricing, fixed annual price agreements and phased deliveries, so you can match the programme to your budget and your launch plan without committing to everything at once.

How do you deliver to branches in different countries?

Our export team handles customs clearance and ships on DDP terms directly to regional offices, stores or central warehouses. Orders can be palletised or boxed per branch, and every carton is labelled so each location receives exactly what its staff need.

What fabric tests do you run for high-wear uniforms?

Fabrics are tested for abrasion on the Martindale scale, pilling resistance, seam slippage and dimensional stability under hot commercial laundry conditions. We share the results, so your team can see how the fabric performs before approving it for the contract.

Can you add silicone crests or metal badges?

Yes. We make 3D silicone crests, TPU emblems, engraved metal badges and dense embroidery that stands up to commercial washing. Every badge is shown on your sample collection first, so you can check size, colour and placement on the real garment.

How long do tender samples take?

For formal tenders and procurement bids, we deliver a complete physical sample collection with certified lab dip swatches within 10 to 14 business days. Your evaluation panel gets to wear, wash and compare real garments, rather than judging from drawings, photographs or fabric cards alone.

Do you hold buffer stock for contracts?

Yes. We offer warehousing agreements for fabric and finished garments, holding agreed safety stock so replenishment orders dispatch within 5 to 7 days. Buffer levels are reviewed with you to track your actual hiring patterns.

What quality checks apply to bulk production runs?

We follow ISO 9001 quality workflows and inspect every batch to AQL 2.5, covering fabric strength, seam bursting pressure and measurements. You receive a pre-shipment inspection report with each delivery, which you can keep on file for audits and supplier reviews.

What payment and shipping terms do you accept?

We work with standard B2B terms, including confirmed letters of credit and milestone T/T payments. Shipping can be arranged FOB, CIF or DDP to your door, depending on how your company prefers to buy. We confirm the terms clearly in your contract proposal.
