Senior leaders represent the organisation in boardrooms, investor meetings and on stage, and their clothing is part of that. Benjima tailors executive workwear for C-suites, partner groups, diplomatic missions and hospitality directors: suits, blazers, trousers, shirts, waistcoats, overcoats and knitwear, cut from fine wool and finished by hand where it counts most.
We manage the whole commission for you. That covers individual measurements, pattern drafting, cloth selection, fit samples, tailoring, inspection, pressing and delivery. One contact stays with your order from the first conversation to the moment each suit is unzipped, and every choice that affects the finished garment, from lapel width to lining, is approved by you.
Executive suits usually disappoint in quiet ways: a fused chest that bubbles after dry cleaning, a lapel that lies flat and lifeless, a shoulder that never sits right. We build to avoid those problems, and you see the result on a fit sample.

Every executive commission begins with a prototype suit, hand-cut, basted and sent for a fit appraisal within 10 to 14 business days. The wearer can try it on, move in it and note what needs adjusting. Changes to shoulder, length or balance are made at this stage, not after.
The prototype shows the real cloth, the canvas construction and the trimmings you selected. Once fit and finish are approved, the notes and pattern become the reference for each finished garment, so every executive receives a suit that matches the one they tried and agreed to, without guesswork.

The film follows an executive suit through our tailoring atelier. You see the cloth being cut, the horsehair canvas being hand-basted into the chest, lapels being pick-stitched, buttonholes being sewn by hand on working cuffs and the final press by a master tailor. Your order follows the same path, with photos sent to you along the way.
It can help when the decision involves several people. Share it with your board office, HR or executive assistants before you commission, and agree on the details that matter, whether that is the weight of the wool, a half or full canvas, the lining pattern, the button material or how monograms are placed inside the jacket.
If you would rather talk the options through, send us a message and we will arrange a call with one of our tailors.

Tailoring standards at factory rates, fit samples first, and the tailors themselves within easy reach.
Garments come straight from our tailoring atelier rather than through several retail margins. That makes it realistic to dress a whole leadership team in properly canvassed suits, not only the most senior person.
Executive orders start at 25 sets, which suits a board, a partner tier or a senior management group. You get properly tailored garments without committing to mass-market volumes.
Each garment is hand-inspected for shoulder balance, lapel roll, chest shape and stitch precision before it is pressed by hand and released. Anything that falls short goes back to the tailor.
Fit notes and alteration requests go straight to the people cutting your suits, which keeps them accurate. Complete batches are delivered within 20 to 25 business days, and you get a date for each stage of the work.

Many suits are held together with glued interlinings that bubble and stiffen after dry cleaning. Ours use a floating horsehair and wool canvas, hand-basted rather than bonded, so it moves with the cloth and moulds to the wearer's chest over time.
The lapel is left unfused for a soft, natural roll. Looked after properly, a canvassed jacket can last for many years, which makes it a sound investment rather than a seasonal purchase.

Choose the garments your leaders need. Each can be made to individual measurements and finished with linings, monograms and labels.

Two-piece and three-piece suits in Super 120s merino with floating canvas and Bemberg lining.

Hand-finished blazers with pick-stitched edges, horn buttons, soft natural shoulders and double back vents for easy movement.

Two-ply Egyptian cotton dress shirts with mother-of-pearl buttons and fine single-needle stitching that lies flat under a jacket.

Single and double-breasted coats in heavy cashmere-wool with a warm satin lining.

Fluid Italian wool-crepe blazers and tailored sheath dresses for senior women leaders.

Hand-rolled seven-fold silk ties, pocket squares and engraved brass cufflinks, ideal for finishing a look or corporate gifting.

The most memorable details in executive tailoring are often the ones nobody else sees. Linings can be woven in silk jacquard carrying your company monogram or coat of arms, and inside breast pockets can carry a silk-embroidered name or initials for each executive, adding a personal touch without any outward branding.
We add hand-stitched silk inner labels, gold-foil tags and laser-engraved metal plates as a discreet signature. Every label, lining and monogram is approved on the fit sample, so the finished suit carries exactly the details you chose, placed exactly where you wanted them, with nothing added that you did not ask for.
Each suit travels in a heavy zippered garment carrier with leather handles, hung on a contoured wooden hanger and pressed by a master tailor. It arrives ready to wear, and the carrier is practical for executives who fly often. Patterns and fit notes stay on file for future orders.
Executive workwear is judged by people who notice details. The suit has to fit the individual, last for years and look right in every setting. Before you commission, it helps to decide three things: the cloth, the construction and how closely each garment is fitted.
Super 100s and 120s merino wool feels soft, drapes naturally and recovers well after travel, which suits most executives. Wool-cashmere blends add warmth and a richer hand for winter. For warmer climates or long days moving between offices, lighter weaves keep the wearer comfortable without losing structure.
A canvassed jacket shapes itself to the wearer and keeps a soft lapel roll. Half canvas covers the chest and lapel, while full canvas runs the length of the front. We can show both on your fit sample.
The details nobody points out are usually the reason a suit looks right on everyone.
Standard sizes rarely suit every leader. We can draft an individual pattern for each executive from submitted measurements or a garment they already like. The fit sample confirms it, and the pattern stays on file, so the next suit can be ordered without starting from the beginning again.

Long days, frequent flights and changing temperatures test any suit. These are four comfort points we build into every executive garment.
Japanese Bemberg cupro lets air through and slides over shirt sleeves without static, so the jacket feels cool and easy.
The floating canvas moulds to the wearer over time, giving a natural fit that feels lighter than a fused jacket.
Inside pockets for a pen, phone and passport keep the jacket's line neat and smooth, even when every pocket is filled.
Fine merino recovers after a flight, so a suit looks presentable again within hours of landing, ready for the next meeting.
One tailoring partner for the whole leadership wardrobe, so cloth, fit and finishing stay consistent across every executive you dress.

Each suit travels in its own garment carrier by express courier, pressed and ready to wear on arrival.
Executive garments are built with a floating horsehair canvas chest, fine Super 100s to 120s merino wool, Japanese Bemberg linings and hand pick-stitched lapel edges. Each detail adds comfort, shape or longevity. The result is a suit that fits more naturally, keeps its shape for years and looks considered to anyone who notices, rather than standard issue.
The minimum batch is 25 suits or blazers. That lets a board, a partner group or a leadership team commission properly tailored garments without the volumes needed for mass production. Sizes and individual measurements can vary freely within the batch, so each person is fitted properly.
Yes. We weave silk-viscose jacquard linings carrying your logo, a coat of arms or a custom monogram pattern. Inside pockets can also be embroidered with each executive's initials. You approve every detail on the fit sample first.
Yes. You send measurement profiles or a garment that already fits well, and our tailors draft an individual pattern for each person. The fit prototype confirms the pattern before tailoring begins, and it stays on file for future orders.
We use natural horn, corozo and mother-of-pearl buttons, functional surgeon cuffs with hand-sewn buttonholes and silk sewing threads. Each trim is chosen to suit the cloth and the look you want, and is shown on your fit sample so you can judge it on the real garment.
A prototype suit is hand-cut, basted, assembled and dispatched for a fit appraisal within 10 to 14 business days by express courier. Any adjustments to shoulder, length or balance are agreed with you before the finished suits are tailored.
Yes. We make single and double-breasted overcoats in 450 GSM cashmere and wool, with warm satin linings and a throat latch for cold, windy days. They can be cut to the same individual patterns as your executives' suits for a matching fit.
Each suit is hung on a contoured wooden hanger inside a breathable zippered garment carrier with leather handles. It is pressed by a master tailor before packing and sent by express courier, so it arrives ready to wear without any further pressing needed.
