A guard is judged on appearance long before anything happens on shift. A faded shirt or a sagging pocket undermines that first impression. Benjima makes security guard uniforms for security agencies, facility managers and uniform distributors, built to look disciplined at the start of a 12-hour shift and still look that way at the end.
We make duty shirts, patrol trousers, winter jackets, ripstop tactical sets, epaulette shirts, corporate blazers, V-neck sweaters, reflective patrol vests and accessories such as duty belts and caps. You choose the fabric, colour, pocket layout and branding, and one merchandiser handles your order from the first sample to the moment the cartons land at your branch.
The hardest part of a guard programme is staying consistent over years of hiring. New recruits should match officers who joined two years ago. We keep your approved shade, graded patterns and every trim on file, so that consistency happens without fuss or extra cost each time you reorder.

Every guard uniform order starts with a physical sample made to your specification within 7 to 10 business days. Give it to an officer for a shift. Check the fabric feel, the fit over a duty belt, the strength of the stitching and how your agency badge looks once it is embroidered.
Bulk cutting begins only after you sign it off. For larger programmes, we suggest a size-set wear trial with a few officers first, so you can adjust the size ratio before full production and avoid boxes of sizes nobody needs sitting unused in your storeroom for months after every officer has been fitted and issued their set.

The video shows a security uniform order moving through our factory: checking the dyed fabric against the master swatch, cutting with CAD-graded patterns, sewing twin-needle seams, bar-tacking stress points and inspecting the finished pieces. Your order follows the same steps, and we send photos at each stage so you always know where it stands.
It is useful to share with your operations manager or your client before you place the order. Seeing how pockets, mic loops and badge tabs are built helps everyone agree on what officers really need, whether that is a cargo pocket for a torch, a reinforced eyelet for a metal badge or a smarter twill for reception posts.
Prefer to talk it through first? Send us your officers' kit list and we will plan the pocket layout with you on a call.

Uniforms that stay the same colour for years, pockets planned around real kit and one merchandiser for everything.
Vat-dyed yarns rated Grade 4-5 for colourfastness resist sun and commercial laundry. Each batch is checked against your master swatch, so new recruits match long-serving staff standing right beside them on the same post.
Sizes run from XS to 5XL in regular and tall, with separate patterns for men and women, so nobody is stuck in a boxy unisex cut on shift.
Outfit a single site or trial a new design with 50 sets per style, mixing sizes, then roll out the approved uniform to every branch you run.
Shirts carry dual chest pockets with pen slots, mic loops on both shoulders and a reinforced badge eyelet. We review your equipment list before finalising the layout, so every item officers carry has a proper place.

Guard uniforms are washed hard and worn in all weather. We use 65/35 poly-cotton ripstop and high-density twill that resist tears and abrasion, with twin-needle seams and bar-tacks at every stress point. Trouser seats and knees are reinforced, because that is where wear shows first.
All fabric is pre-shrunk to below 2% and abrasion tested before cutting. Shirts and trousers keep their exact size over hundreds of wears, which cuts complaints from officers and keeps your replacement costs down year after year.

Choose the garments that match each post, from lobby to car park. Every piece can carry your agency branding and trims.

Short and long sleeve poplin or twill shirts with non-bubble collars, pleated pockets and badge eyelets.

Hard-wearing twill trousers with a double-reinforced seat, flex waistband and heavy brass zip for long patrols.

Poly-oxford winter jackets with warm lining, side equipment vents and badge tabs for night posts.

Structured poly-wool blazers for front desks and corporate security details in smart buildings.

Fluorescent vests with silver reflective bands and printed security lettering front and back.

Heavy-gauge V-neck knits with twill shoulder and elbow patches plus epaulette loops for cold nights on duty.

When a client walks past your officer, the uniform should say your agency name clearly and consistently. Our private-label service adds custom damask woven neck tags, satin care labels, heat-seal agency transfers and engraved metal snaps and buttons, so every garment reads as one programme rather than mixed stock.
Placement of each label and transfer is fixed on an approved sample before production. We also offer in-house chest embroidery, metal badge eyelets, shoulder epaulettes, mic loops and velcro rank patches. Your brand colours are matched by spectrophotometer to your Pantone references across every batch.
For onboarding, we can pack each uniform set in its own polybag and barcode it by employee name or branch size. Sets go straight from the carton to the officer, which saves your team hours of sorting every time a new site opens.
A lobby post and a car park patrol ask very different things of a uniform. Before you order, decide three things: the fabric for each post, the pocket and equipment layout, and how you will keep fit and colour consistent as your team grows.
65/35 poly-cotton ripstop resists tears and suits outdoor patrol, car parks and perimeter work. Smoother poly-cotton twill looks sharper for lobby, reception and corporate posts where appearance counts most. Both balance breathability with colour that holds up under sun and laundry, and many agencies use both.
List what officers carry, from radio and torch to notebook and phone. Shirts then get chest pockets, mic loops and a badge tab, while trousers get cargo pockets with covered flaps that keep kit secure when running.
Plan the uniform around the kit officers carry, and it will look tidy at every hour.
CAD-graded patterns from XS to 5XL keep proportions right across standard, athletic and tall builds, with separate men's and women's fits. Generous hem allowances let local tailors adjust lengths without visible marks. Your spec sheet stays on file, so a recruit hired next year gets exactly the same fit.
Watch a complete guard uniform order made, from cutting to the final checks.

Officers wear their uniform for twelve hours at a time. These four points keep them comfortable, smart and ready to move quickly.
Reinforced seats and knees, plus flex waistbands, let officers run, kneel and climb into vehicles without straining a single seam.
Poly-cotton blends let air through and keep officers comfortable through strenuous 12-hour shifts, indoors and outdoors, in warm and cold weather alike.
Covered cargo pockets and concealed buttons keep kit in place during sudden sprints, without catching on duty belts.
Pre-shrunk fabric, below 2% residual shrinkage, keeps shirts and trousers true to size after hundreds of washes.
One supplier for the full guard wardrobe, so colours, badges and labels match across every site, rank and size.

Five steps from your kit list to sets packed for each officer. You approve each stage first.
Start your orderSend your garment list, colours, logo files, team size and dates, or a uniform you already use, and we reply with options, fabrics and a quote.
We send fabric and colour swatches, a full size spec sheet and a pocket layout for you to approve.
Your physical sample arrives in 7 to 10 business days for an officer to wear and test.
Bulk is made to the approved sample, with AQL 2.5 checks and photos sent before packing.
Sets are packed per officer or branch and shipped door to door with all duties paid.
The minimum is 50 sets per style. That lets agencies and distributors outfit a local team or trial a new design without tying up too much cash. Mixed sizes from XS to 5XL are fully supported within each order, so even a small first run can cover every officer on a site. Ask for a quote to confirm.
Yes. We make fully customised physical samples within 7 to 10 business days. Bulk cutting only begins after you have inspected and signed off the fabric feel, fit, stitching strength and embroidered agency badges. Changes are made on the sample, never on finished stock.
We recommend high-density 65/35 poly-cotton ripstop or durable poly-cotton twill. Both give a good balance of tear resistance, breathability and colourfastness under constant sun and commercial laundering. Ripstop suits outdoor posts, while twill looks smarter indoors.
Standard bulk production takes 21 to 30 business days after sample approval and deposit confirmation. Priority production can be arranged for urgent guard deployments. You get dates for every stage with your quote, and if anything moves we tell you first, with the reason.
Yes. We provide in-house chest embroidery, metal badge eyelets, shoulder epaulettes, microphone clip loops and velcro rank patches. Every embellishment is shown on your sample, so you can check placement, colour and size before bulk begins. Embroidery stays sharp through repeated commercial washing for the life of each uniform.
Yes. Our dye lab uses spectrophotometer colour matching against your Pantone TCX references, keeping Delta E below 0.8 across production batches. Your approved shade stays on file, so later orders are dyed to the same reference every time.
Every order passes multi-stage AQL 2.5 inspections. Our technicians check seam tensile strength, bar-tack density, shrinkage resistance and garment measurements before packing. Results are kept with your order file, so you can see exactly what was checked and when on each batch.
We ship worldwide door to door on DDP terms, by DHL, FedEx or UPS air express or by consolidated sea freight. All export documents, customs duties and delivery arrangements are handled by us, so distributors get predictable landed costs and agencies plan stock without surprises.
