Night posts at gates, car parks and building perimeters are where a cheap jacket shows its weaknesses. Benjima makes security jackets for guarding companies, facility teams and uniform distributors who need officers warm, dry and clearly identified, without the bulk that gets in the way of a radio, a duty belt or a quick response.
We take care of the whole order: pattern and size grading, shell and lining choices, insulation, sampling, bulk production, quality checks and delivery. You work with one contact person throughout, and every choice that affects the finished jacket, from the hood style to the lettering on the back, comes to you for approval first.
Outerwear mistakes are costly because they show up in the worst weather. A zip that jams with gloves on, a radio tab in the wrong place or a liner that bunches. We find those problems on the sample, while they are still easy to fix.

Before any bulk cutting, we make a complete jacket to your specification. Wear it on an actual night post, reach for the duty belt through the side zips, clip a radio to the chest tab and check whether the hood fits over a cap or helmet the way your officers need.
The sample uses the real shell, the real insulation and the real badges and lettering, so what you test is what you will receive. Samples arrive in 7-10 business days. Once you approve one, it becomes the standard every bulk jacket is measured against before it is packed.

Our video walks through a jacket order from the cutting table to the carton: shell and lining panels, quilting the insulation, setting the two-way zip behind its storm flap, stitching dense embroidery through padded fabric and checking water resistance before packing. Your order follows the same path, with photos at every stage.
Outerwear choices are easier to agree on when everyone can see how a jacket is built. Show the video to your operations team or the client whose site you guard, and use it to settle the details that matter most, such as the liner system, the reflective panels or where your agency name sits on the back.
Rather discuss it live? Message us and we will take you through shells, liners, lettering and quantities on a short call this week.

Built around the kit | Radio tabs, badge eyelets and side access zips are placed to sit clear of body armour and duty belts. We check every position on a fitted sample before any bulk cutting starts.

Zip-out quilted and fleece liners let one shell cover sub-zero nights and mild patrol weather, so each officer needs fewer garments and your storeroom holds less stock across the year.
Fabric and fill are booked before the winter rush, and bulk runs take 21-30 business days. You get dates for each stage up front, and if anything changes, we tell you first with a clear new plan.

A complete jacket arrives in 7-10 business days for you to test on a real shift with your own kit.
Bulk jackets are made and checked against your sample, including zips and water resistance.

A fully built jacket sample takes 7 to 10 business days. Use it to test the zips, the warmth of the insulation and how it handles wind and rain on a real post. Bulk production only starts after you have approved it.
We use heavy poly-oxford or bonded softshell shells with a water-repellent finish, paired with quilted polyfill or fleece linings. We will explain how each option affects warmth, weight and price so you can choose with the full picture.
Bulk production takes 21 to 30 business days after sample approval. For large winter rollouts, we suggest ordering early in the season, because fabric and fill are in high demand once the weather turns and lead times across the industry get longer.
Yes. We build side-seam zips with snap tabs that let officers reach duty belts and equipment without opening the main front zip. Their position is checked on a fitted sample with your own belt setup, so they sit where officers actually need them during a shift.
Yes. We can add reflective tape, reflective printed lettering and removable hook-and-loop back panels. Reflective panels can also fold away into concealed pockets for daytime work when officers need a lower profile. Lettering height and font follow your agency standard.
Every batch goes through hardware testing, including zip pull tests, snap strength checks and seam inspections to AQL 2.5. Water resistance is checked before cartons are sealed, and you receive photos of the finished jackets before they ship, so there are no surprises when they arrive.
We ship worldwide on DDP terms, by air courier for urgent orders and by sea freight for larger volumes. We handle customs paperwork and duties, so the jackets reach your depot ready to issue. Tracking details follow as soon as it ships.
