Dressing thousands of employees across many sites is a different job from ordering a few boxes of shirts. Benjima offers bulk uniform manufacturing for hospital groups, hotel chains, security firms, schools, logistics networks and corporate buyers who need large volumes made consistently, priced fairly and delivered on a date they can plan around.
We handle the full program for you: patterns and grading, fabric booking, cutting, sewing, pressing, quality inspection, kitting by branch or employee and freight to your door. A dedicated account manager stays with your order from the first quote to the last carton, and any change that affects your uniforms comes to you for approval first.
At volume, small problems multiply quickly. A slight shade difference between dye lots or sizes that drift between cartons can affect a whole department at once. Our process is built to stop those issues at the sampling stage, not to explain them after delivery.

Before bulk cutting begins, we make samples of each garment to your specification. Give them to staff in different roles and sizes, wash them in your laundry and check fit, fabric and branding properly, because every unit that follows will be built to match what you approve.
Once you sign off, the sample becomes the reference for the whole run. Quality auditors compare measurements, stitching and colour against it throughout production, so the uniforms in the last carton match the ones in the first, even across very large orders shipped to many different locations.

The video takes you through a bulk order on our factory floor: computerised cutting of stacked fabric, a dozen assembly lines running in parallel, steam-finishing tunnels, in-line quality checks and packing by department and employee. Your program follows the same route, and your account manager sends regular updates and photos at each stage.
Large uniform rollouts involve procurement, HR, operations and finance, and each team wants confidence in different things. Share the video with them before you order and use it to agree on what matters most to you, whether that is delivery dates, consistency across sites, packing by employee name or the price at each volume.

Real capacity, honest pricing and a dedicated account manager who answers for your order from quote to delivery.
Twelve dedicated assembly lines produce more than 40,000 uniform sets a month, with shirts, trousers and outerwear running in parallel so a full wardrobe arrives together rather than in separate pieces.
Buying from the factory removes distributor and agent margins. Discounts increase at set volume milestones, and you receive a direct cost breakdown that shows what you pay for.
Standard bulk runs ship in 18-25 business days from sample approval and deposit, with fabric booked before cutting so the agreed date holds firm. Urgent programs can ask about priority lines.
Your account manager sends progress on cutting, sewing, finishing and packing. Our historical on-time dispatch record is 99.4%, and if a date ever moves, you hear it from us first with the reason and a plan.

Bulk orders are only as good as their weakest carton. Every run follows ISO 2859-1 AQL 2.5 Level II inspection, with auditors checking stitch counts, seam strength, colour continuity between dye lots and finished measurements, so one department never looks mismatched against another.
Seams are burst-tested, shrinkage is checked over several washes, and any rejected carton is reworked and re-inspected before release. You receive a pre-shipment report before anything leaves us. Third-party inspectors are welcome to check it too.

Choose the uniforms your workforce needs. Each program can be kitted by branch, department or employee for easy rollout.

Blazers, dress trousers and blouses for company-wide rollouts, with individual name kitting for every employee.

Clinical scrubs, patient gowns and lab coats, bundled with barcodes and sorted by hospital department for easy issue.

Boiler suits, utility jackets and work pants in heavy cotton and poly-cotton for site crews.

Front-desk jackets, housekeeping tunics, concierge suits and kitchen uniforms for hotel and resort groups.

Duty shirts, tactical trousers, weatherproof parkas and high-visibility vests for large guarding teams.

Shirts, pleated skirts, trousers and sweaters made at volume for school districts and education procurement programs.

When thousands of staff wear your uniform, small differences become visible. We keep your logo placement, colour and labelling identical across every garment and every line, and colour continuity checks compare dye lots so a shirt issued in one city matches the one issued in another.
Private labels, care tags and retail swing tags with barcodes can be added for brands selling uniforms on, and outer cartons carry GS1 or custom UPC labels that scan straight into your warehouse system. Branding is approved on the sample, so nothing changes once bulk starts.
Your patterns, approved shades and specs stay on file after the first rollout. We can also plan fabric reserves for repeat orders, so new starters and replacement garments match the uniforms already in service, months or years later. Your account manager keeps the full history of each order on record.
A successful bulk rollout depends as much on planning as on manufacturing. Before you place a large order, it helps to settle three things: the size breakdown across your workforce, how the uniforms will be distributed and when each site needs them. Get those right and production runs smoothly.
Collect sizes by department or site rather than estimating from a national average. An accurate breakdown avoids overstock in common sizes and shortages in extended ones. Combining styles across departments can also help an order reach the next volume tier, which lowers the unit price for everyone involved.
Decide whether uniforms should arrive packed by branch, department or individual employee. Kitting with names and sizes on each pack lets managers hand out uniforms on day one without sorting cartons, and master packing sheets speed up receiving.
The biggest uniform orders run smoothly when the planning is done before a single panel is cut.
Large contracts can ship in staggered stages, with urgent stock flown in and the balance sent by sea. Plan around your onboarding or opening dates, and ask about priority fast-track lines of 12-15 days for urgent programs, subject to availability. Your account manager will confirm what is realistic for your quantities.
Watch thousands of uniforms cut, sewn, checked and packed for one rollout.

When thousands of people wear the same uniform, comfort has to be consistent too. These four things are checked across every bulk run.
Computerised multi-ply cutting keeps panels within ±2mm, so a medium in the last carton fits exactly like a medium in the first.
Multi-wash shrinkage audits confirm garments keep their size after repeated laundering, so staff are not reordering because things have shrunk.
Seam bursting tests confirm stitching holds up to daily movement and the strain of industrial laundering.
Steam-finishing tunnels press every garment evenly, so uniforms arrive smart and can be worn straight from the bag.
One factory for the whole organisation, so colours, fit and branding stay consistent from head office to frontline sites.

Five steps from your first enquiry to uniforms delivered across your sites. You approve each stage first.

Packed by branch, department or employee and shipped door to door by air or sea.
We produce more than 40,000 complete uniform sets a month across 12 dedicated assembly lines, with computerised cutting feeding each one. That supports large enterprise rollouts while keeping quality consistent. When you share your quantities and dates, we will tell you honestly how your program fits into the schedule and whether staggered deliveries would suit your rollout better than a single shipment.
Yes. Unit prices fall at set volume milestones, starting from 500 units, with the deepest discounts reserved for the largest programs. Ordering direct removes trading commissions, and you receive a cost breakdown so you can see exactly how your price is built.
Bulk orders are usually completed in 18 to 25 business days after final sample sign-off and fabric allocation. Very large contracts can be shipped in staggered stages so your earliest sites receive uniforms first. Your account manager confirms every date in writing.
Computerised cutting tables and graded markers produce identical panels with a ±2mm measurement tolerance across the run. Auditors measure finished garments against your approved sample throughout production, so a size stays the same size from the first carton to the last.
Yes. We organise shipments by regional branch, department or individual employee. Each set is folded, polybagged and labelled with name and size, and every carton is listed on a master packing sheet, so receiving teams can check deliveries quickly and spot any shortfall before uniforms are handed out to staff.
We apply ISO 2859-1 AQL 2.5 Level II, including fabric checks on arrival, in-line seam inspections, needle detection scans and pre-shipment audits. You receive the inspection report before dispatch, and any rejected carton is reworked and checked again.
Yes. We regularly welcome third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, Intertek and Bureau Veritas, and give them full access to the factory. An independent check can run alongside our own audits, and we are happy to schedule it around your production dates.
We ship by ocean in 20ft or 40ft containers, or as shared loads for smaller volumes, and by DDP air cargo when speed matters. We handle customs declarations, bills of lading and duty clearance, and can split one order between air and sea.
