Ordering hundreds of uniforms from a drawing or a screen render is a gamble, and the people who pay for a wrong guess are your staff. Our sampling service lets you hold, wear and test a real uniform before you commit to bulk, so the decision rests on a garment you have handled rather than a picture.
We work with brands, schools, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, companies and security firms that want to get their uniforms right the first time. Our sample room runs separately from the bulk lines, so your prototype is never stuck behind someone else's big order. Master tailors and pattern cutters build it the same way bulk would be built, from your tech pack and colours.
That matters because most uniform complaints start small: a collar that rubs, a sleeve that rides up, a logo that blurs. A sample brings those problems out while they are still cheap to fix. You see them, we correct them, and bulk follows the version you approved.

Every prototype uses the same fabric, threads, zips, buttons and interlinings that your bulk order will use. No substitute cloth and no stand-in trims. That way the shade, stretch, weight and collar stiffness you judge on the sample are exactly what your staff will feel when the full order arrives.
Before any fabric is cut, our sample merchandisers check your tech pack and artwork for problems, such as a pocket clashing with a seam or a logo crossing a dart. Measurements are checked to ±2mm. If we spot something, we tell you what we found and suggest a fix, so your first sample is already better.

The video follows one uniform through our sample room: checking the tech pack, cutting the pattern, matching the fabric colour, stitching the logo strike-off and assembling the finished prototype. It is the same route your sample takes, and you get photos at each stage, so you always know how far along it is.
It also shows the parts most buyers never get to see, like lab dips being compared under different lights and a tailor adjusting a pattern after a fit trial. Share it with your managers or your procurement team before you order. It helps everyone agree on what to check when the sample lands on your desk, from collar height to thread colour.
If you would rather talk it through, send us your tech pack or a reference garment and we will explain the options on a call.

A dedicated sample room, real production materials and one contact who answers for your sample.
Our sample room works apart from the bulk lines, so other orders never hold up your prototype. Most samples are ready in 7 to 10 business days, giving your team time to review.
Sample development fees are credited in full toward your bulk invoice once you confirm the order. You can sample thoroughly without treating it as money lost along the way.
If the first fit trial shows a long sleeve or a tight chest, we include up to two free adjustment rounds. Each revision usually takes 3 to 5 days to complete.
Your approved sample is sealed as the golden master, and bulk is checked against it. The same patterns, fabric and methods carry straight into production, and any changes agreed during sampling are already built in before cutting.

A uniform proves itself during a long shift, not on a hanger. That is why we encourage you to put samples on real staff in real kitchens, wards, front desks or patrol routes, and to wash them the way your own laundry will before you decide.
When you want proof on paper as well, we can provide test swatches and reports after 50 industrial wash cycles, covering pilling, tear strength and colour hold. You decide on evidence, not on promises.

Choose the samples that answer your open questions. Most buyers combine several, and each one is made to your own spec.

Prototypes in sizes S to 2XL, so you can check the fit on your actual team.

Your logo in embroidery, screen print, DTF or silicone transfer, applied to the real uniform fabric you chose.

Fabric dyed to your Pantone shade and checked under several light sources, so colour stays consistent.

Fabric swatch rings and weight options, so you can feel drape, softness and thickness before choosing.

Engraved buttons, branded zip pulls and snap fasteners you can handle before signing them off.

Woven neck labels, wash tags, hang tags and printed polybags, sampled in full so nothing about presentation surprises you.

Your logo is often the first thing people notice on a uniform, so it deserves its own approval. We stitch or print it on the actual uniform fabric and send you the physical swatch with close-up photos, so team members in other offices can review it too.
Look closely at small lettering, colour gradients and edges. Threads are colourfast polyester matched to your brand colours. If fine text blurs or a colour looks off, we adjust the stitch type, size or digitising and run the strike-off again until it looks the way you want.
The same care goes into labels and packaging. Neck labels, care tags, hang tags and polybags are sampled with your branding, so the finished uniform carries your identity properly. Once approved, everything is kept on file, which makes reorders much simpler later on.
Not every order needs every type of sample. The right mix depends on what you are still unsure about. Start by asking three questions: will it fit the people wearing it, will the colour and logo look right, and will it hold up to daily use?
If the uniform is a new design, a fit sample comes first. Ask for a size run so you can try it on several staff of different builds. Small problems such as a high collar or a short body length show up quickly once people move, bend and lift.
If your brand colours are strict, ask for lab dips matched to your Pantone shade and a logo strike-off on the real fabric. Both are quick to make and save the cost of reprinting or restitching hundreds of finished garments.
A sample costs you a few days. A wrong bulk order can cost you a whole season.
For uniforms that get washed hard, such as kitchen or hospital wear, ask for wash test swatches as well. When everything is right, seal the final sample as your golden master. It becomes the reference for bulk production, and a useful benchmark for every reorder you place in later years.
Watch a prototype move from tech pack check to sealed golden master.

A sample is only useful if it tells you the truth. These are the four things yours will show you clearly.
Built from the same bulk-grade fabric, so the way the uniform hangs, moves and feels is what your staff will get.
Patterns are changed in CAD and graded across every size, so a fix on one sample carries through the full range.
Staff can wear the sample while they work, revealing tight shoulders or rubbing collars before bulk is made.
Real zips, buttons and interlinings mean plackets, collars and pockets act exactly as they will in production.
One sample room handles the full range, so your workwear, hospitality and medical uniforms are all tested in the same careful way.

Five steps from your tech pack to a sealed golden master. Every stage is signed off by you first.
Start your orderShare your tech pack, artwork or a reference garment, along with your Pantone colours and target dates. We review everything and reply with questions, options and a quote.
Our merchandisers audit measurements, seams and logo placement, then flag any problems with a suggested fix before cutting.
Your sample is built in 7 to 10 business days and shipped by express courier, with photos from each stage.
Your staff wear it at work. We then make up to two free rounds of fit changes.
The approved sample is sealed as the golden master, and bulk production is scheduled on the factory floor.
Most prototypes are ready in 7 to 10 business days, because our sample room runs separately from bulk production. If you are working to a tight deadline, an express prototype can be made in 5 days on request. You get a date when we confirm your brief, plus photos at each stage, so you always know exactly where it stands.
Yes. We use the same production-grade fabric, YKK zips, interlinings and threads that bulk will use. That means the colour, weight, stretch and collar stiffness you check on the sample are what your staff will actually wear once the full order arrives.
Yes. Your sample can include embroidery, screen printing or silicone transfers made with your exact Pantone colours and artwork sizes. If you only want to check the logo first, we can also send a strike-off swatch on its own.
We include up to two free rounds of fit adjustments. Our tailors update the pattern in CAD, so each change is graded across all sizes rather than patched on one garment, and your team gets a revised sample to try again.
Yes. Sample development fees are credited in full toward your bulk invoice when you confirm an order of 50 sets or more per style. It means you can take the time to sample properly, knowing the money goes into your final order rather than being lost.
Yes. We can include swatch rings showing other weights and colours, along with lab dips dyed to your shade and checked under standard light boxes, so you can compare the options side by side.
Your approved sample is tagged and sealed as the golden master. Production lines work from it, and finished garments are inspected against it under AQL 2.5 audits. Any changes agreed during sampling are already in the bulk patterns before cutting starts, so nothing is left to memory.
We send finished prototypes by DHL Express, FedEx Priority or UPS Worldwide Saver, and they usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days. You get tracking as soon as it leaves us, so your team can plan the fit trial around its arrival.
