A polo is often the uniform customers see most, on shop floors, at events and on field visits. Benjima knits, dyes and sews corporate polo shirts for companies, retail chains and uniform brands that want a polo with their own colour, collar, placket and logo, instead of a blank picked from a supplier's catalogue.
Because knitting, dyeing and sewing happen under one roof, we control the parts that usually go wrong. You work with one contact who manages your order from first sketch to delivery, and every choice that affects the finished polo, from fabric weight to thread colour, comes to you for approval in writing before any production begins.
Cheap polos give themselves away quickly. Collars curl into waves, brand colours fade towards pink, shirts shrink a size. Our process tests for each of those problems on your sample, so they are found and solved long before your staff ever pull one on.

Every polo order starts with a sample, usually ready within 5 to 7 business days. Wear it, wash it a few times and look closely at the collar, the logo and the colour. If anything is not right, we change it on the sample rather than on thousands of finished shirts.
The sample uses your real fabric, your real shade and your real embroidery or transfer at the size you chose. Once you approve it, it becomes the standard for the whole run, and each bulk polo is checked against it, so what reaches your staff is exactly what you already said yes to.

The film shows a polo order from yarn to finished shirt. You see the pique being knitted on circular machines, the fabric being dyed and pre-shrunk, collars being knitted and heat-set, logos being embroidered and every shirt being checked. Your order follows the same route, with photos sent to you along the way.
It is a quick way to get everyone on the same page. Share it with your marketing team, store managers or event staff before you order, and agree the details that matter to you, whether that is fabric weight, the shade, a contrast collar, the number of placket buttons or exactly where the logo sits on the chest.
If you would like to talk options through instead, send us a message and we will arrange a call at a time that suits you and your team.

Knitting, dyeing and sewing in one place, samples within a week, and a contact who answers.
Our own circular knitting, dyeing and sewing floors mean nothing is handed between subcontractors. That gives us closer control over quality, and gives you a fairer wholesale price on every polo you order.
Order from 50 pieces per colourway, with sizes mixed freely. That suits a pilot store, a small team or a one-off event before you roll out further.
Fabrics are pre-shrunk to stay within 2% after washing, and dyes are rated Grade 4.5 for colourfastness, so polos keep their size and their brand colour.
Bulk production takes 12 to 16 business days for orders up to 5,000 units. If a launch date moves forward, an express 10-day production option is available, and you get a date for every stage.

Uniform polos are washed far more often than the ones people buy for themselves. That is why every sample is checked for shrinkage, colour loss and pilling before bulk begins, and why collars are made with heat-set rib that stays flat instead of curling up.
Reactive dyes resist fading from washing, sweat and sunlight, which matters for staff who work outdoors or by shop windows. Navy stays navy, and your brand red stays red rather than drifting, wash after wash.

Pick the polo that fits the job. Each one can be dyed to your colour and finished with your logo and labels.

Soft 220 GSM cotton pique with a breathable knit and a collar that stays flat.

Light 170 GSM performance knit that dries quickly and fights odour, ideal for staff who stay busy all shift.

Two-tone collars and cuffs with matching buttons for a smart, recognisable team look.

Heavier pique with rib cuffs for cooler seasons, outdoor roles and air-conditioned offices.

A stand collar and concealed zip for a more modern, technical business casual look.

Made from recycled rPET bottles, a breathable, bright-coloured option for companies with sustainability goals they want to show.

A plain polo becomes part of your brand once the details are right. We embroider logos with multi-head machines in matt or metallic thread, or use flexible silicone transfers for fine gradients and small text. Collars can be knitted with contrast tipping or your company name worked into the rib.
Plackets can be closed with laser-engraved buttons, hidden snaps or a short zip, and hems can drop into a tennis tail with split side vents. Each choice is shown on the sample first, at the real size, so you approve the finished polo and not a drawing.
For uniform brands and retailers, we finish polos the way a shop would. That means tagless neck prints or woven labels, branded neck tape, barcoded size stickers and individual polybags. Approved designs stay on file, so a reorder next season matches the original.
A good corporate polo suits the job your people do every day. An office team, a warehouse crew and event staff all need something slightly different. Before you order, it helps to decide on three things: the fabric, the fit and how your logo goes on.
Combed cotton pique feels soft and breathable, which makes it a natural choice for offices and retail floors. A 65/35 poly-cotton blend stands up better to commercial laundries. Cool-dry performance knits suit active and outdoor roles. Recycled rPET gives you a lower-impact option with bright colour.
A classic fit works for most teams, while a contoured women's fit with a longer placket and tapered sides looks neater on many staff. Both come from graded patterns, so sizes stay consistent across the whole range.
Pick the fabric for the work, the fit for the people, and the colour for your brand.
Embroidery gives a raised, premium finish and copes well with frequent washing, which is why most corporate polos use it. Silicone transfers suit fine detail and small text. Many orders combine both, with an embroidered chest logo and a transfer on the sleeve. Your sample shows each method on the real fabric.

Polos are worn for long, active days, so comfort matters as much as looks. Here are four things we get right every time.
Double pique between 200 and 240 GSM feels solid without being hot, and lets air move through the honeycomb structure.
Heat-set rib keeps collar edges flat and crisp, so the polo still looks smart after dozens of trips through the wash.
Moisture-wicking finishes move sweat away from the skin, keeping staff fresh and comfortable on busy, warm shifts and long event days.
Pre-shrunk fabric keeps measurements stable, so a large still fits like a large after many washes.
One supplier for every polo you need, so colours, logos and sizes stay consistent across stores, offices and events.

Five steps from your idea to delivered polos, and you approve each step before the next begins.
Start your orderShare your logo, Pantone colours, quantities and a target date, or send a polo you already like, and we reply with options and a quote.
We send fabric swatches, collar options and a size chart, so you can choose with confidence before anything is made.
A sample with your logo and colour is sent within 5 to 7 business days to check in person.
Bulk polos are knitted, dyed and sewn, then checked against your sample before packing.
Folded, bagged and barcoded, then sent to you by express air or ocean freight with tracking and paperwork.
The minimum is 50 pieces per colourway. Sizes can be mixed across that order, so even a small first run can dress a whole team, a single store or a group of event staff. If you need several colours, each one starts at the same minimum, and we will confirm the exact numbers for your order when we send your quote.
Our collars are knitted from dense rib with heat-set elastane threads, which holds them flat. That prevents the wavy collar edge that cheap polos develop, and keeps the line crisp through 50 or more washes. You can test this on your sample before ordering.
You can choose combed cotton pique from 200 to 240 GSM, 65/35 poly-cotton for commercial laundries, moisture-wicking poly-spandex for active roles, or recycled rPET knits. We send swatches so you can compare them in your hand.
Yes. Options include contrast collar tipping, engraved buttons dyed to match, hidden snap plackets, quarter-zip collars and tennis tail hems with split vents. Every detail you choose appears on your sample, so you can judge it in person.
Samples with your embroidered logo are made and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days by express courier. You can check the colour, collar, fit and logo size on the real garment, and ask for changes before bulk production is booked and any fabric is cut for your order.
Our reactive dyes are rated Grade 4.5 for colourfastness against washing, sweat and sunlight. The colour is fixed at high temperature, so it bonds well and resists fading, even for staff who spend most of their day outdoors.
Standard bulk production takes 12 to 16 business days for orders up to 5,000 units, after sample approval. For urgent launches and events, express 10-day production is available. You get dates for each stage with your quote, so you can plan the handover to staff.
We offer tagless printed neck labels, woven labels, custom neck tape, swing tags with retail barcodes and individually sealed polybags. Everything is approved on the sample, so retail uniform brands receive stock that is ready to scan straight onto shelves when it arrives.
