Shirts and trousers do most of the work in any office wardrobe. They are worn more often than jackets, washed more often and noticed when they go wrong. Benjima makes dress shirts, blouses, formal trousers and chinos for companies, procurement teams and workwear distributors who want both halves of the outfit to match.
We handle everything between your brief and your stockroom: pattern grading, fabric, sampling, bulk sewing, inspection and freight. A single merchandiser looks after your account and keeps you informed at every stage. Collar styles, cuff types, trouser cuts and embroidery placement are all agreed with you before a single metre of cloth is cut.
Most shirt and trouser complaints are predictable: collars that bubble after washing, buttons that drop off, knees that bag by the afternoon. We build against those problems from the start, and show you the result on a sample you can test.

Before bulk production, we make a shirt and trouser sample to your specification, usually within 8 to 10 business days. Wash it the way your staff will, wear it through a working day and check the collar, the cuffs and the knees. Anything that needs adjusting is fixed at this stage.
Your sample comes in the real cloth, with the real buttons, zip, interlining and embroidery. When you approve it, that pair becomes the measure for the whole order. Each bulk shirt and pair of trousers is checked against it, so the stock you receive matches what you already tested and signed off.

The film follows a shirt and trouser order through our line. You see the fabric being cut, collars and cuffs being fused, buttons being locked on, trouser pockets being bar-tacked and the final pressing before packing. Your own order follows the same path, and we send you photos as it reaches each stage of the line.
It is a useful thing to share inside your company. Procurement, HR and facilities can watch it together and agree on what they care about most before ordering, whether that is collar shape, a slim or classic trouser cut, the waistband, the weave of the shirting or where the logo sits on the chest pocket.
Want to talk instead? Send a message and we will arrange a short call to go through the choices with you, at a time that suits your team.

Mill-direct pricing, a sample you can wash and wear, and steady supply for every single reorder.
We buy yarn and fabric directly from spinning and weaving mills, with no agent commission added. The savings go into your price, and you can see where your money is going on every quote.
Order from 50 pieces per colour, enough for one department or a seasonal intake. Collar styles and men's and women's sizes can be mixed within the order.
Seams are sewn at 18 to 20 stitches per inch, buttons are heat-locked and pocket corners are bar-tacked, so your garments survive daily wear and frequent washing without opening up.
Each batch is held to a Delta E below 0.8 against your approved colour, so shirts ordered next year match the ones in the cupboard today. Bulk delivery runs to 15 to 20 business days, with dates you can plan around.

A work shirt might be washed twice a week for a year or more. That is why collars and cuffs carry fused interlining that stays flat, why buttons are thermo-sealed so they stay attached, and why trouser crotch seams are double-stitched.
Trouser cloth is a 280 GSM stretch gabardine that recovers after bending, so knees stay smooth instead of bagging. The result is staff who look just as tidy at five o'clock as they did at nine.

Pick the styles that suit each role, mix shirts and trousers freely, and add your logo or labels to any.

Textured Oxford weave with a button-down collar and easy-iron finish for busy staff.

Herringbone cotton shirts with English spread collars, removable collar stays and French cuffs for senior roles.

Crepe blouses with hidden bust buttons that stop gaping and a choice of sleeve lengths.

Breathable poplin shirts with underarm gussets for hot weather and roles that keep you moving.

Tapered stretch gabardine with an inner grip waistband that keeps your shirt tucked in.

Heavy cotton twill chinos with a little stretch, washed soft for smart-casual offices and reinforced for daily wear.

If you sell corporate shirts and trousers under your brand, the only name your customers should find is yours. We embroider logos on chest pockets, cuffs, and plackets, and finish garments with woven neck labels, care tags, and branded buttons.
Trousers can carry your name on the inside. Choose a woven jacquard waistband curtain, printed pocket linings or branded belt-loop hardware. Every logo, thread colour and trim is shown on the sample first, so your team approves the finished look rather than guessing from a flat drawing.
For workwear distributors and retail uniform brands, we add woven neck labels and barcode packaging. Each piece is folded with a card insert to hold its shape on the way. Your specification stays on file, so new hires can be dressed from the same pattern without starting again.
Good corporate shirts and trousers are the ones nobody has to think about. They go into the wash, come out looking right and fit the person wearing them. Before you order, think about the weave, the fit and how the garments will be laundered.
Poplin has a smooth, crisp face that suits formal offices. Royal Oxford is more textured and hard-wearing, ideal for button-down collars. Fine twill has a soft sheen, and herringbone adds subtle texture for senior roles. A non-iron finish lets body heat relax creases while the shirt is worn.
Slim-fit trousers taper for a modern line, while classic fits give more room through the thigh. Women's high-waist straight-leg trousers suit many offices. Sizes run from XS to 5XL, and every cut comes from graded patterns.
The best work shirt is the one that still looks right on a Friday afternoon.
Ask how your staff will wash their uniforms. Home washing suits non-iron cotton and poly-viscose trousers, while commercial laundries need dense stitching and secure buttons. Tell us your routine and we will choose fabrics and finishes that suit it, then test them on your sample before bulk begins.
Watch collars, cuffs and trousers take shape, from cutting table to pressing.

Your team wears these garments more than anything else in the wardrobe. Here are four ways we keep them comfortable all day.
A non-iron finish lets creases relax with body heat, so shirts look freshly pressed without much ironing at home, even after a long commute.
Two-way stretch in the gabardine lets you sit, bend and climb stairs, and the cloth recovers instead of bagging at the knee.
Concealed flex waistbands and grip tape keep trousers comfortable and shirts neatly tucked in until the end of the day.
Short-sleeve poplin shirts with underarm gussets let air move freely in warm offices, on site visits and in outdoor roles.
One supplier for both halves of the outfit, so colours, sizes and labels stay consistent across your offices and branches.

Five steps from your brief to cartons at your door, each one signed off before we move on.
Start your orderTell us which shirts and trousers you need, the colours, the size breakdown and your deadline. A sketch or a garment you like helps too.
Choose collar, cuff and trouser styles from swatches and a size chart, with our advice on each option.
We send a sample made to your spec so you can wear it, wash it and check every detail.
Bulk is sewn and checked against your sample, with photos sent before packing.
Folded, barcoded and shipped by air or sea to your warehouse, with duties and customs handled on DDP terms.
The minimum is 50 pieces per style or colour. You can mix collar styles and a full spread of men's and women's sizes inside that order, which makes it practical to dress a single department or test a new fit first. Send us your size breakdown and we will confirm the details for each style you have chosen.
The cotton is treated with liquid ammonia and resin, which helps the fibres hold their shape and reach a 3.5+ Durable Press rating. In practice, creases relax with body heat while the shirt is worn, and staff need far less ironing at home.
Yes. We embroider detailed logos and small lettering on chest pockets, cuff plackets and collar stands, using fade-resistant thread. You see the embroidery on your sample, at the real size and colour, before we start bulk, so the size and thread shade are agreed.
We offer concealed flex waistbands with up to 1.5 inches of hidden stretch, silicone grip tape that keeps shirts tucked, traditional curtain linings and reinforced belt loops. We can help you choose the right one for each role.
Shirt buttons are sewn with thermo-sealed lock stitching. The thread stem is wrapped and heat-sealed, creating a firm shank that holds the button in place through frequent washing. It is one of the details we check on your sample, and again on every bulk batch.
Shirt and trouser samples are patterned, sewn and dispatched within 8 to 10 business days. They come with your embroidery and fabric colour, so you are approving the finished look rather than a plain stand-in.
Yes. We grade slim, tailored and classic fits, with sizes from XS to 5XL. Many companies offer two fits within one range, so staff choose what suits them while the colours, fabric and branding stay identical across the team. Your sample can be made in both fits for comparison.
Yes. For contract clients we hold a buffer of fabric, so shirts and trousers for new staff can be restocked quickly, often within 7 days. That means you do not need to over-order at the start of the year to cover hiring.
