Every piece matches exactly
Blazers, trousers, skirts and blouses in a collection are cut from fabric of the same dye lot, so there is no slight colour difference when your staff wear the pieces together at work.

When reception, administration and management all wear pieces from one collection, visitors see one organisation rather than a collection of individual wardrobes. Benjima makes coordinated office uniforms for companies of every size: blazers, trousers, skirts, blouses, shirts, waistcoats, dresses and knitwear, designed to work together and to suit your brand colours and the way your offices run.
We take care of the work behind it: pattern grading, fabric, sampling, bulk production, inspection, individual packing and delivery to each branch. A dedicated uniform merchandiser works with your HR and procurement leads throughout, and every decision that changes the finished garments, from lining colour to skirt length, is agreed with you first.
Uniform programmes usually go wrong in the admin rather than the sewing. Missing sizes, mismatched shades between pieces and late kits for new starters cause most of the frustration. Our process is set up to catch those problems early, before anything is cut.

Every corporate order starts with a tailored sample made to your specification, usually within 7 to 10 business days. Your team can try it on, sit in it, wash it and compare it with your brand guidelines. If the fit or finish needs work, we change the sample, not the bulk order.
The sample shows the real fabric, the real colour, the real buttons and the real embroidery in the size you choose. Once you sign it off, it becomes the reference every bulk piece is measured against, so the suits your staff unpack look and feel exactly like the one you approved.

The video follows an office uniform order through production. You see fabric from a single dye lot being cut, blazers being shaped, seams being finished inside, each piece being checked, and finally the uniforms being packed into individual kits named for each employee. Your programme follows the same route, with photos at each stage.
It is a good way to involve the people who will have opinions. Share the video with HR, department heads and the facilities team, then agree on what matters most to your offices before ordering, whether that is machine-washable fabric, the fit of the women's blazer, skirt and trouser options or how kits are labelled and delivered.
If you would like to talk through your programme instead, send a message and we will set up a short call with you and your HR lead.

Matching pieces, staff kits packed by name, and a dedicated merchandiser who manages your entire programme.
Blazers, trousers, skirts and blouses in a collection are cut from fabric of the same dye lot, so there is no slight colour difference when your staff wear the pieces together at work.
Each department or location can start from 30 complete sets. Smaller offices can join the same programme, and new hires can be added later in the year without placing a large reorder.
Every employee's uniform is packed in its own bag labelled with name, department and branch, so HR simply hands out ready kits on launch day instead of opening and sorting through cartons.
A single merchandiser works with your HR, procurement and facilities teams on tech packs, samples and delivery dates. You get regular status reports during production, and if a date moves, you hear from us first with the reason.

Office uniforms are worn five days a week, sat in, travelled in and washed at home. That is why our suiting is machine washable at 30°C, dries on a hanger and keeps its creases, so staff never need professional pressing or a dry-cleaning allowance.
Inside, French seams and taped hems keep the finish neat and stop fraying. Stretch linings let people move freely between desks, meetings and floors, so the uniform stays comfortable from the first coffee to the last email of the day.

Build the collection your offices need. Every piece comes in your colours and can carry your lining, buttons, pins and labels.

Two-button blazers with matching flat-front trousers in crease-resistant cloth with a breathable lining.

Notched or peplum blazers with shaped princess seams and a stretch lining for a clean line through the body.

Tailored dresses with a modest neckline, a back kick pleat and a hidden zip.

Four-button vests for neat layering over shirts and blouses in air-conditioned offices.

Knee-length pencil and A-line skirts with a walking vent and a firm waistband.

Fine-gauge, anti-pilling cardigans with matching buttons, soft and warm for staff who sit near the air-conditioning.

Uniform day can feel like a welcome rather than a box handed over at reception. Jackets can be lined with a woven jacquard carrying your name or pattern, a detail staff notice every time they put the jacket on. Buttons, lapel pins and metal badges can all be matched to your brand.
Each person's kit arrives in a breathable garment cover printed with your logo, on a contoured wooden hanger that keeps shoulders and lapels in shape. Every label, pin and lining is shown on the samples first, so the brand details are signed off with the garments themselves.
Matching scarves, ties and lanyards complete the look if you want them. Your patterns, fabrics and kit lists stay on file, so dressing a new starter later in the year takes a short message rather than a new programme or another round of sampling.
The right corporate wear depends on who wears it and what their day looks like. A banker who travels, a receptionist who stands and a manager who sits in meetings need different things. Before you order, settle three questions: the fabric, the fit and the branding.
Poor fit is the main reason staff stop wearing a uniform properly. Our patterns cover women's sizes from UK/US 0 to 28 and men's from 34 to 60, with petite and tall grading. Women's blazers use princess seams, and internal waist adjusters fine-tune fit between sizes.
Machine-washable suiting saves your staff time and saves you a dry-cleaning budget. Our jackets use wash-stable bonded canvas that does not bubble, so a blazer washed at home on the weekend still looks right on Monday morning, with no trip to the cleaners.
A uniform staff can wash at home on Sunday is a uniform they will wear on Monday.
Think about delivery before production starts. If you have several branches, we pack each employee's kit separately and label it with name, department and location. Your HR team receives ready-to-issue kits rather than cartons to sort, and new starters can be dressed later from the same specification.
Watch office uniforms being cut, sewn, checked and packed into named kits.

Office uniforms are worn at desks, in meetings and on the commute. These are the four comfort points we design into each piece.
Stretch taffeta and breathable twill linings move with you, so reaching for a file or a keyboard never feels restricted.
Internal elastic adjusters let each person fine-tune the waist, so trousers and skirts sit comfortably all day, whether you are sitting, standing or walking.
Skirts have a walking vent with a modesty pleat, so stairs and long strides feel easy.
Poly-viscose shells shed creases from sitting and travelling, keeping jackets neat and presentable until the evening, even after a long commute.
One supplier for the whole office wardrobe, so colours, fits and labels match across every department, floor and branch you have.

Five steps from first message to named kits in your offices, with your approval at every stage.
Start your orderTell us which departments you need to dress, how many people, which pieces and your launch date. We reply with options, a quote and a plan.
We send a digital fitting guide for staff, then check the size breakdown against our grading chart.
Samples in your fabric and colours are made so your team can try them and sign off.
Bulk is sewn with in-line checks and a final audit against your approved samples.
Kits are packed per employee, labelled and delivered door to door with customs handled on DDP terms.
Our starting minimum is 30 complete sets per department or location. A set can include a blazer, trousers or a skirt and a blouse or shirt, all coordinated. This lets small and medium offices take part, and the same specification can be extended to other departments once the first group is dressed and happy with the result.
We cut the blazers, trousers, skirts and blouses in a collection from fabric dyed in one matched batch, and check shades with a spectrophotometer. That avoids the slight differences that appear when separates come from different mills and dye lots. Your approved shade is then kept on file for reorders.
Yes. Our suiting is machine washable at 30°C. Jackets use a wash-stable bonded interlining that does not bubble, and the cloth sheds creases as it dries on a hanger, so your employees do not need dry cleaning.
We provide a digital fitting guide and, where useful, sets of physical fitting samples. Our patterns cover women's UK/US sizes 0 to 28 and men's 34 to 60, with petite and tall grading for people outside the standard chart. We check your size list first.
Yes. Each person's full set is packed into its own breathable garment bag, labelled with their name, department and branch. HR teams can hand kits straight to staff, which makes launch day and onboarding much simpler. Kits for new starters later in the year are packed the same way.
A typical programme allows 10 to 12 days for fit sample approval, then 18 to 22 business days for bulk production, finishing and kitting. We confirm each date with your quote so you can plan the launch.
Yes. We make printed silk scarves, woven jacquard ties, leather belts and branded name badges to match your uniforms. They are colour-checked against the main garments and shown on your samples, so the whole outfit reads as one design. You can add them at any time.
For active clients we offer restock agreements, sending replacement garments for new hires within 7 to 10 days without high minimum surcharges. Your specification stays on file, so new pieces match what the rest of the team is already wearing at work.
