Your spec, followed exactly
Seam allowances, stitch density and thread tension are reviewed for each operation. We hold 12-14 stitches per inch and finished measurements within a ±2mm tolerance, so the hundredth garment matches the first one.

When you already have the design, what you need is a factory that follows it to the letter. Benjima is an OEM uniform manufacturer for uniform distributors, workwear brands and corporate suppliers who send us tech packs, CAD files or reference garments and expect the finished product to match, size for size and run after run.
We take care of the production side for you: pattern grading, marker making, fabric and trim sourcing, cutting, sewing, branding, quality control, packing and export shipping. A dedicated merchandiser stays with your project from first enquiry to final shipment, and any change that affects your spec comes back to you for approval before it happens.
Contract manufacturing usually goes wrong in the gaps: a missing measurement, a trim substituted without asking, a tolerance nobody checked. We read your tech pack line by line and flag those gaps before cutting starts, while they are still cheap and quick to fix.

Before any bulk fabric is cut, our sample room builds a complete pre-production garment from your tech pack and the real fabrics and trims, usually within 7 to 10 business days of confirmation. You measure it against your spec sheet, check the construction and test it with your own team or customer.
If a measurement or detail is off, we correct it on the sample rather than on thousands of finished units. When you sign it off, that sample becomes the sealed reference for production, and every bulk garment is measured and inspected against it, so your customers receive what you approved.

The video follows an OEM order across our production floor: reviewing the tech pack, laying markers, automated multi-ply cutting, assembly on modular sewing lines, bar-tacking at stress points, needle detection and final inspection. Your order moves through the same stations, and your merchandiser shares milestone photos and video so you can see real progress.
Contract production is easier to manage when your own team and customers can picture how it works. Share the video with buyers, product managers or the end client before you place an order, and use it to agree on what matters most to you, whether that is stitch density, trim brands, labelling or the way garments are packed.
Want to talk through a tech pack first? Send it over and we will review it with you, page by page, on a call.

Exact spec execution, open communication and a merchandiser who knows your order from first file to shipment.
Seam allowances, stitch density and thread tension are reviewed for each operation. We hold 12-14 stitches per inch and finished measurements within a ±2mm tolerance, so the hundredth garment matches the first one.
Non-disclosure agreements are signed before we review your files. Your tech packs, patterns and artwork are archived securely and never shared with other clients or third parties.
Your merchandiser speaks English, stays with the project and replies within 12 business hours on WhatsApp or email, so decisions never stall while you wait. Decisions stay on record too.
Pilot runs start at 50 sets per style, so you can test a new line with your customers. When demand grows, modular lines scale to recurring monthly contracts without you needing to move your production to another factory.

Workwear is judged by how it survives the job, not how it looks in a catalogue. That is why every component is tested for colour fastness, seam strength and, for metal hardware, corrosion resistance, which matters for coastal sites, kitchens and frequent industrial laundering of uniforms.
Pocket corners, belt loops and fly ends get extra bar-tacking, and trims are matched to the fabric shade at approval. The result is a garment your customers will not need to replace early.

Send the spec and we build it. Every category carries your labels, trims and packaging, made to your tolerances.

Blazers, tailored trousers and vests cut and sewn from your CAD patterns and spec sheets.

Combed cotton and CVC pique polos, moisture-wicking tees and athletic jerseys finished with your own brand labels and tags.

Multi-pocket utility trousers with knee-pad pockets, hammer loops and triple-stitched seams for daily site work.

Taped-seam rain shells, softshells and insulated parkas made to your exact technical specs and fabrics.

French-cut chef coats, bistro aprons and skull caps in stain-repellent performance twill fabric.

Surgical scrubs, doctor coats and patient gowns produced at volume to strict hygiene standards for clinical buyers.

OEM means the finished product carries your identity from neck label to carton. We sew in your woven labels, care tags and size tabs, attach your hangtags and barcodes, and pack each piece into polybags and cartons marked the way your warehouse or customer requires, ready to sell or issue.
Fabrics, zips, snaps, buttons and thread are sourced for you from brands and mills we trust, including YKK, Prym and Gütermann, with fabrics certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100. If you prefer your own mills or trim suppliers, we are happy to work with them instead.
Because your patterns, markers and trim specs stay on file under NDA, repeat orders are quick to place and consistent to produce. A reorder starts from the same approved sample, so your customers never notice a change between production runs or seasons.
Choosing a contract factory is mostly about trust in the details. Before you place an order, compare three things: how closely the factory follows a tech pack, how it checks quality during production and how openly it communicates. Those answers predict the quality of every shipment you receive.
A good OEM partner questions your tech pack before cutting rather than guessing. Ask how missing measurements are handled, what stitch density and tolerances are held, and whether markers are made digitally for every size. Those habits decide whether your bulk order matches the approved sample.
Checks built into the line catch faults while they are cheap to fix. Look for fabric inspection on arrival, several in-line stations, full needle detection and a final AQL 2.5 audit, with results shared before dispatch.
A tech pack is a promise to your customer. The right factory treats it as one, every single run.
Ask who your contact will be and how fast they reply. A dedicated merchandiser who shares lab dips, sample sign-offs and production photos at each milestone saves you from chasing updates. When several styles run at once, that visibility is often the difference between an on-time launch and a costly delay.

Your customers judge the garment by how it feels at work. These four construction details are part of every OEM order we run.
Flatlock seaming on knitwear and double-needle waistbands on trousers keep seams smooth against the skin through long working days.
Automated cutting gives identical panels across every size, so a medium fits the same in the first carton and the last carton.
Heavy-duty zips, snaps and shatter-proof buttons open and close smoothly, even with cold or gloved hands.
Bar-tacks at pockets, belt loops and fly ends stop tearing where daily movement puts the most strain.
One contract partner across your catalogue, so construction, sizing and labelling stay consistent from polos to protective wear.

Five steps from sending your files to receiving finished goods. Each stage waits for your approval first.
Start your orderShare tech packs, CAD files, a bill of materials or a reference garment, with quantities and dates. We sign an NDA, review everything and return questions and a quote.
We source fabrics, zips, buttons and labels to your bill of materials, or work with your nominated suppliers.
A pre-production sample is built from your spec, so you can measure it and check construction in detail.
Production runs through in-line inspections and a final AQL 2.5 audit before packing.
Delivered on DDP, CIF, FOB or EXW terms, by air or ocean freight, with all paperwork prepared.
We work from digital tech packs, CAD or vector sketches in AI or PDF, physical reference garments or a detailed bill of materials. The more detail you include on measurements, stitch density, fabrics and trims, the faster we can quote. If anything is missing or unclear, we flag it before sampling, so gaps are solved on paper rather than discovered on the cutting floor.
Pilot runs start at 50 sets per style. That lets brands and distributors test how a product sells with real customers before scaling into thousands of units, without committing to a large first order or holding stock they may not move.
Our sample room builds a complete pre-production garment within 7 to 10 business days of confirming the tech pack and fabrics. You can then measure it, test it and request changes before bulk begins. Bulk waits for your written sign-off.
Our factory produces more than 40,000 uniform sets a month across 12 modular assembly lines with automated cutting. We will tell you honestly how your quantity fits into the schedule and give you a realistic delivery date before you commit to the order.
We sign non-disclosure agreements before reviewing any project. Your tech packs, CAD patterns and artwork are archived securely and never disclosed to third parties. Samples and photos of your products are not used in our own marketing, and your patterns are never offered to other clients under any circumstances.
We apply ISO 2859-1 AQL 2.5 Level II. In-line stations inspect fabric, stitching, measurements and needle detection, and you receive the inspection results before your goods are released for shipping, so you can review them yourself.
Yes. We offer full-package production with fabrics and trims we source, and we are equally happy to work with mills or trim suppliers you nominate. Either way, every component is checked against your bill of materials and approved shade before it goes into production.
We support DDP, CIF, FOB and EXW. Express air typically reaches most destinations in 4 to 7 business days, and ocean freight takes 20 to 30 days to regional ports. We prepare export documents, customs declarations and certificates of origin for every shipment we send.
