On a plant floor, a uniform has to survive metal edges, moving parts and machine oil while still telling visitors who your company is. Benjima makes industrial uniforms for manufacturing plants, automotive service networks, assembly lines and fleet teams: technician shirts, work trousers, boiler suits, shop coats, workshop jackets, polos, smocks and quilted vests.
We manage the complete programme for you, covering patterns, grading, fabric, sampling, sewing, inspection, packing and delivery. A dedicated B2B merchandiser is your one contact, whether you are outfitting a single machine shop or several plants, and every choice that affects colour, fit or safety on the line is sent to you to approve first.
Plant uniforms tend to let people down in familiar ways: grey oil patches that never wash out, collars that curl, a button that scratches a freshly painted panel. We check for each of these on the sample, well before your teams are wearing them.

Every industrial order begins with a complete prototype, ready in 7-10 days. Give it to a machine operator or maintenance technician for a run of normal shifts. Let it go through your laundry contractor, test the pockets with real tools and check the embroidered emblem after a few washes.
Anything that needs to change is changed on the prototype, not across thousands of garments. Once your team signs it off, it becomes the reference for every bulk piece, from fabric weight to logo position, so uniforms arriving at each plant match what your operators already tried.

The video shows an industrial uniform order on our floor. Poly-cotton twill is tested for shrinkage before cutting, collars are fused so they stay flat, seams are double-needle lapped, covered snap plackets are fitted and every garment is measured and bagged for its wearer. Your order follows this same route, and photos reach you at each step.
Share it with your plant operations director, HR team or uniform rental partner before you decide. It helps everyone agree on the details, from department colour blocking and the type of closures near painted parts to emblem placement and how individual bags are labelled with names and sizes for issue at each site.
Would you rather discuss your plants on a call? Message us and a merchandiser will get back to you to arrange a time that suits your shift pattern.

Factory pricing, prototypes your operators can test, and steady colour across every plant and production lot.
Trading houses add their own fees to every garment they place with a factory. Buying from us directly means you negotiate with the engineers and merchandisers responsible for your uniforms, at factory rates.
Start with 50 sets per style for one shift or one machine shop, then extend the same uniform across your other plants once it has proven itself on the floor.
Colour is controlled between production lots, so staff at different sites match even when their uniforms were made months apart. Your approved shades and patterns stay on file for every reorder.
Large rollouts can be split into scheduled, staggered deliveries that follow your hiring calendar. Smaller or urgent shipments travel by express air, while bigger programmes go by sea freight at lower cost per unit.

Machine oil, hydraulic fluid and shop lubricants ruin ordinary clothing quickly. Each fabric carries a soil-release treatment that stops oil-based stains bonding with the fibres, so grime rinses out in commercial washers instead of building into grey patches around pockets and cuffs.
Fabrics are safe for 75°C industrial laundering, and vat dyeing keeps colours strong through repeated cleaning. Ring-spun yarns give a smoother, tougher surface that resists snagging on frames and conveyors, so uniforms last longer and cost less per wear.

Choose the garments each department needs. Every piece can carry your emblem, corporate colours, contrast piping and own labels.

Short or long sleeve shirts with soil-release finish, two buttoned chest pockets and pencil stalls.

Flat-front or pleated poly-cotton trousers with reinforced crotches, deep pockets and closures that never scratch.

Coveralls with a hidden two-way zip, action back and pass-through pockets for repair teams.

Knee-length shop and warehouse coats with side access slits and stain-resistant fabric.

Waist-length jackets with quilted liners, slash pockets and adjustable waist tabs for cooler workshops.

Light snap-front smocks with three patch pockets and elastic cuffs, made for parts assembly lines and packing areas.

Uniforms are one of the most visible parts of your company on site, especially when customers, auditors or new recruits walk the floor. We offer direct embroidery, heat-transferred emblems, woven badges and employee name patches, with contrast piping and colour blocking that can mark out each department at a glance.
Corporate colours are matched to your Pantone PMS or TCX references with tight accuracy, so shirts, trousers, coats and caps all sit together properly. Every emblem and colour appears on your prototype first, so you approve the real thing rather than a mock-up. Shades are adjusted there if needed.
For private label and rental programmes, we add branded neck tapes, woven labels and barcode hangtags for stock control. Each employee's set can be bagged individually, which makes issuing uniforms from the stores much quicker and cuts sorting time at your end. Reorders follow the same specification.
A good industrial uniform programme keeps people safe and comfortable, protects your products and makes your workforce look like one company. Before ordering, it helps to think through three things: how staff are grouped, what hazards each area has, and how uniforms will be issued.
Assembly, maintenance, warehouse and supervisors rarely need the same garments. Many plants use one base colour with department colour blocking or piping, so roles are easy to spot across the floor. Sizes from XS to 5XL in regular and tall lengths help mixed crews get a proper fit.
Paint shops and finishing areas need closures with no exposed metal. Hot plants benefit from underarm airflow eyelets. Greasy environments need strong soil release and darker shades, like navy or charcoal, that hide residual marks between washes.
Walk each department for an hour. The right uniform for every station usually becomes obvious.
Uniform programmes are easier to run when they arrive ready to hand out. Individual employee bagging, barcode hangtags and staggered deliveries aligned with your onboarding calendar save stores teams a lot of sorting. Decide early whether you want stock delivered centrally or straight to each plant, as this shapes packing.
Watch a full industrial uniform programme take shape, from fabric to individual bags.

Long shifts on a plant floor are tiring enough. These four details reduce irritation and overheating, so crews stay focused on the work.
Covered snap and zip plackets with no exposed metal protect painted panels and finished components from accidental scratches on the line.
Underarm airflow eyelets let heat escape during physical tasks, helping crews stay cooler in warm plant environments all shift.
Concealed elastic expanders give as workers bend, crouch or sit, then return to a neat fit.
Fused collars keep a crisp shape through repeated industrial washing, so shirts look tidy for longer.
One manufacturer for the whole workforce, so colours, emblems and quality match at every plant and service location.

Five steps from your staff counts to individually bagged uniforms at each plant. You sign off every stage.
Start your orderSend staff counts by department, design guidelines, emblem artwork or existing tech packs, and we reply with garment options, fabrics and an all-inclusive quotation.
We send fabric swatches, Pantone matches and closure options so each department's needs and hazards are covered properly before production.
A complete prototype arrives in 7-10 days for your operators to wear through several real shifts and washes.
Bulk is made to your approved prototype and checked to AQL 2.5 before packing.
Bagged, labelled uniforms arrive centrally or at every site, on staggered schedules if needed, with all duties paid.
We start at 50 sets per style. That lets manufacturing plants and automotive networks outfit a single shift or maintenance department in custom colours and logos before rolling the uniform out more widely. Sizes from XS to 5XL in regular and tall lengths can be mixed within the order, so mixed crews are covered from the start.
Yes. We make complete pre-production prototypes within 7-10 business days so you can judge fabric durability, sizing, pocket layout and emblem embroidery on real shifts. Bulk starts only after you sign off, and the prototype becomes the standard for the order.
We usually recommend dense 65/35 poly-cotton twill with a soil-release finish. It handles commercial laundering up to 75°C without fading or shrinking, and lets oil-based grime rinse out. You can put the sample through your own laundry first.
Bulk manufacturing takes 18-25 business days from final sample sign-off and order confirmation. For large multi-plant rollouts, we can schedule staggered deliveries that follow your onboarding calendar, so each site receives uniforms when it actually needs them, not months early.
Yes. Technician uniforms can have concealed snap fronts, covered zip flaps and non-scratch melamine buttons, with no exposed metal hardware. That protects sensitive paintwork and finished components, while crews still get secure closures. Every closure is shown on your prototype before bulk production begins.
Yes. Our dye laboratory matches your exact Pantone PMS or TCX references and keeps shades consistent across shirts, trousers, shop coats and caps, including between separate production lots. You check the match on your prototype first.
Every batch is inspected to AQL 2.5 standards, covering seam strength, wash shrinkage, button security and measurements across all sizes. Shrinkage is tested on the raw fabric too. You receive photos before packing, and anything off your approved prototype is put right.
We ship door to door on DDP terms by express air with DHL, FedEx or UPS, or by sea freight for larger, cost-sensitive rollouts. Export paperwork, import clearance and duty payments are all handled by our team, so your plants simply receive cartons.
