Protective clothing only protects people when they keep it on for the whole shift. Benjima makes safety workwear for contractors, utility providers, infrastructure developers and safety equipment distributors: high-visibility jackets and vests, taped cargo trousers, reflective boilersuits, insulated parkas, rainwear, padded workwear and accessories such as armbands, gaiters and hard hat liners.
We handle the full order for you, from patterns and grading to fabric, reflective trims, sampling, sewing, lab testing, inspection and shipping. A dedicated B2B merchandiser is your one contact throughout, and every decision that affects protection, visibility or fit is sent to you for approval before any bulk production starts, so nothing about protection is ever left to assumption.
Safety garments tend to fail where it matters most: reflective tape that peels, seam tape that leaks, a logo that covers part of the high-visibility area. We look for each of these on the sample, so problems are fixed before anyone relies on the garment on site.

Every safety order begins with a prototype, ready in 7-10 days. Your safety officer can check it against the standards you specified, put it on a crew member for a few shifts, kneel with the pads in, test the storm flaps in rain and look at the tape in low light.
If a pocket gets in the way of a harness or a logo sits too close to the tape, we correct it on the prototype. Once you approve it, that garment becomes the reference for every bulk piece, so what reaches your site matches what your safety team signed off.

The video follows a safety workwear order through our plant: technical shells checked before cutting, high-visibility panels and retroreflective tape positioned to the pattern, seams sewn and taped, padding pockets reinforced and each garment measured and inspected before packing. Your order travels the same route, with photos sent to you from each stage.
It is worth watching with your safety director, procurement lead or your own customers if you distribute safety apparel. Use it to agree on what matters most to you, whether that is tape layout, the position of radio loops and detector tabs, the weight of the shell, or how logos sit alongside the reflective areas.
Prefer to go through your specification by phone? Send us a message and one of our safety apparel specialists will call you back.

Fewer hands, lower cost | Safety apparel bought through traders gathers markups with every hand it passes through. Buying directly from us removes those layers, and you work with the engineers who build your garments.
Start from 50 pieces per style to trial a new garment or equip a specialised crew, then scale to framework contracts as your sites and crews grow over time.
Each production run comes with laboratory reports covering retroreflectivity, water resistance, tear strength and colourfastness, ready for your procurement and safety officers to file for audits, inspections and tender submissions.
We ship worldwide on DDP terms, by express air for urgent site needs or ocean freight for bulk rollouts. Export paperwork, customs brokerage and duties are managed by us, so landed costs stay clear.

Protective garments for every site hazard

Start with the standards
Choose high-visibility classes based on traffic and machinery near your crews.
Choose waterproof taped shells for exposed outdoor sites.
Ask for lab reports with every lot if you submit tenders.
The safest garment is the one your crew keeps on until the end of every shift.
Features that help
From technical fabric to site

Pads that stay put | Top-loading knee pad pockets hold shock-absorbing pads in position, so crews can kneel on hard ground without them sliding out.
Breathable membranes let sweat escape while taped waterproof shells keep rain out, so crews stay dry through physical work.
Patterns are cut for natural movement when climbing, lifting or kneeling, so garments do not fight the wearer.
Corrosion-proof heavy-duty snaps keep working in rain and mud, long after cheaper fastenings would have seized.
Infrastructure project crews, Utility field engineers, Construction site workers, Contractor teams, Distributor ranges, Exposed outdoor crews

Send your requirements | Share your RFQ, the standards you need to meet, garment types and crew sizes, and our safety apparel team replies with options and a technical quotation.
Start your orderWe confirm shell fabrics, reflective tape layout and logo placement against the standards you specified, before any bulk fabric is cut.
A prototype arrives in 7-10 days for your safety team to check and wear-test properly on site.
Bulk is made to your approved prototype, checked to AQL 2.5 and lab tested.
Garments arrive with lab reports for each lot, with shipping, customs and duties already handled for you.
We start at 50 pieces per style. That lets safety directors and contractors trial a certified garment, or equip a specialised hazard crew, without a large stock commitment. Sizes from S to 5XL can be mixed, and custom sizing is available for workers outside the chart.
Yes. Every production lot comes with laboratory test certificates covering retroreflectivity, hydrostatic water resistance, tear strength and colourfastness. Your procurement and safety officers can file them directly for audits or tender submissions. Reports arrive with each shipment.
Prototypes are delivered within 7-10 business days. Bulk production takes 18-25 business days after sample approval and deposit confirmation. If you have a contract start date, tell us early and we will be honest about what can be achieved before it.
Yes. Our merchandisers calculate logo size and placement so the retroreflective and fluorescent areas required by ANSI or EN standards stay fully intact. Your logo is shown on the prototype first, so your safety team can confirm placement before bulk begins and nothing compromises certification.
We usually suggest 300D Oxford polyester or nylon shells with a waterproof PU coating rated to 10,000mm, paired with breathable membranes and taped seams. They keep rain and wind out while letting body moisture escape during hard physical work.
We run multi-stage quality control to AQL 2.5 standards, checking reflective tape adhesion, seam strength, waterproof tape seals and measurements across every size. You receive photos before packing, and anything that does not match your approved prototype is corrected first.
We ship worldwide door to door on DDP terms by express air or ocean freight. Export documents, customs brokerage and duty payments are all managed by our team, so garments arrive at your warehouse or site without paperwork or unexpected charges.
