Scrubs are worn through twelve-hour shifts, bent and stretched in, splashed, then washed hot and worn again. Benjima is a medical scrubs manufacturer working with hospital groups, private clinics, uniform distributors and private label brands, making scrub tops, trousers, joggers and jackets in your colours and to your specification.
We handle the whole order for you: patterns and size grading, fabric, colour matching, embroidery, labels, sampling, production, quality checks and delivery. You deal with one person from your first message to the day the cartons arrive, and every decision that changes the finished scrubs comes to you for approval first, from the stretch of the fabric to the pocket layout.
That matters because staff notice everything about the scrubs they wear: a waistband that digs in, a colour that fades after bleach washes, a pocket too small for a phone. We test each of those details on the sample your staff wear, before any bulk production begins.

We begin every order with a sample set made to your specification, in your fabric, colour and fit, with your logo embroidered. Ask a nurse or doctor to wear it through a shift, put it through your laundry, and tell us what needs to change. Every change is made on the sample.
Once you approve it in writing, that set becomes the standard for the whole order. Fabric, stretch, seams, colour and embroidery are checked against it on every lot. The scrubs that arrive at your hospital or warehouse are the ones your staff already tried on the ward, washed and approved.

The video follows a scrubs order from fabric roll to finished set: the cloth cut by computer to precise patterns, pockets and panels sewn, seams reinforced where they take strain, logos embroidered, and every set measured and checked before folding and packing. Your scrubs go through the same steps, with photos sent to you at each stage.
Pass the film to your nursing leads, procurement team or your own customers before ordering. Seeing how the scrubs are made makes it easier to agree on the details that matter most, whether that is the stretch of the fabric, the pocket layout, the fit of the trousers or the colour coding by department.
If you would rather go through your requirements with someone, send us a message and we will arrange a call with our technical team.

Samples staff can wear first, honest answers on fabric and cost, and one contact for everything.
No bulk scrubs are made until you have tested the sample and approved it in writing. That set then becomes the standard for fabric, colour, fit, seams and embroidery across your order.
Start with 50 sets per style to trial fit and fabric with a ward, then scale to a full hospital rollout. Our lines produce more than 50,000 sets a month.
Sizes run from XS to 5XL, with custom sizing available for staff who fall outside standard grades, so nobody is left in scrubs that do not fit.
Because we make the scrubs ourselves, you buy at factory prices. Distributors keep more room for their own margins, and a dedicated technical team answers questions on tech packs, fabrics and costs directly with the production floor.

Clinical uniforms face harsh laundering every week. Our fabrics are woven to withstand hot commercial washes without breaking down, and dyes are tested for chlorine fastness, so ceil blue, navy and wine shades stay even rather than turning patchy after bleach-based cycles.
Seams are overlocked and reinforced with triple-needle stitching at stress points, so they hold through bending, lifting and constant washing. We test all of this on your sample before bulk. Finished garments are also measured at the end.

Choose the styles your staff need. Each one can be made in your colours, with your logo and your own labels.

An athletic V-neck top with stretch, pen slots and a badge loop, the everyday ward essential.

Multi-pocket scrub trousers with thigh pockets sized for phones and devices, so staff keep their hands free.

A modern slim fit with cuffed ankles that stays neat and out of the way.

Snap-front warm-up jackets for cold wards, night shifts and moving between buildings.

Adjustable scrub sets that grow with expectant staff and stay comfortable on long shifts.

Printed tops for paediatric and dental teams, friendly for patients while staying practical and easy to wash for staff.

Private label scrubs let distributors build their own brand without owning a factory. We add your tagless neck labels or woven brand tags, colour-coded piping, engraved snaps and embroidered hospital or clinic logos, all matched to your brand guide and approved on the sample before bulk production starts.
Colours are matched to your Pantone references with a spectrophotometer, so tops, trousers and accessories carry the same shade, and reorders match what is already on the ward. Departments can be colour coded so staff roles are clear at a glance. If you run several sites, each one gets matching scrubs.
Finished scrubs can be packed in frosted recyclable polybags printed with your branding and barcodes, ready for retail or straight to departments. Your patterns, fabrics and labels stay on file, so a reorder is a quick message rather than a new round of sampling and approvals.
The best scrubs are the ones staff forget they are wearing, even near the end of a long shift. Most buyers start with three decisions: the fabric, the fit and pocket layout, and how your brand or department will appear on the scrubs.
A poly-rayon-spandex blend with four-way stretch moves with staff as they bend, lift and reach, and feels soft against the skin. Poly-cotton poplin is a hard-wearing, budget-friendly option for institutional use. Antimicrobial and fluid-repellent finishes help with odour and stains between changes on busy wards.
Modern athletic and classic unisex fits suit different teams and preferences. Pocket layouts were shaped with input from doctors and nurses, with room for phones, pens and badges, and stretch side panels make bending and reaching easier.
Ask staff what annoys them about their current scrubs. Their answers will shape the right order.
Embroidered logos look professional and last through hot commercial washes. Colour coding by department helps patients and colleagues recognise roles at a glance. For private label ranges, your own neck labels, tags and packaging finish the product. Every branding detail is shown on the sample, so you approve it on real scrubs.

Scrubs are worn for hours on end, often on the move. Here are four details we get right on every set.
Four-way stretch fabric moves with staff as they bend, lift and reach, so scrubs never pull or restrict them during patient care.
A soft rib-knit elastic waistband with a drawstring holds trousers in place without digging in, even through a twelve-hour shift.
The fabric lets air through and wicks moisture away, keeping staff cooler during busy, high-pressure moments on the ward.
Phone pockets, pen slots and a badge loop keep essentials close, leaving hands free for patients.
One supplier for every department and site, so colours, fit and branding stay consistent across your wards and clinics.

Getting from first message to scrubs on the ward takes five steps. Every step needs your sign-off.

Bulk production begins, with every lot inspected against your approved sample and photographed for you.

Orders start from 50 sets per style. That lets private clinics, hospital departments and uniform distributors test sizing, fabric and fit without holding large amounts of stock. Standard bulk production takes 18 to 25 business days after sample approval and deposit. We can also prioritise production for new hospital openings, urgent staffing needs and clinical rollouts, and you get a date for every stage up front.
