Sample before any squad
No bulk kit is made until a player has trained in the sample and you have approved it. That sample then sets the standard for colour, print, fit and roster details across the squad.

When your team runs out for a fixture, the kit says something about the school before a ball is kicked. Benjima makes school sportswear for sports directors, academies and athletic associations: match jerseys, rugby shirts, netball dresses, basketball sets, athletics singlets, tracksuits and sideline jackets, all in your colours.
We look after the whole order for you, from sport-specific patterns and fabric to printing, player names and numbers, sampling, production, checks and delivery. You deal with one person from the first message to the day the kit arrives, and every decision that changes the finished kit comes to you first, from the shade of your colours to the font of the numbers.
That matters because team kit is unforgiving. A collar that tears in the first scrum, a number that peels, a shade of blue that does not match last season. We sort those out on the sample, well before any of your team kit goes into production.

Every team order starts with a sample made to your specification, with your colours, crest, sponsor logos and a sample name and number. Let a player train in it, wash it and see how it holds up. If something needs adjusting, we change it on the sample.
Once you approve it, the sample sets the standard for every set in the order. Colours, print sharpness, fit, seams and roster details are all checked against it. The kit your squad pulls on before the first fixture is the kit you already tested on the training field and signed off.

The video follows a team kit order from design file to finished set: patterns cut for each sport, colours and crests printed into the fabric, seams reinforced where players pull and grab, names and numbers checked against the roster, and every shirt inspected before packing. Your kit is made the same way, with photos sent along the way.
It helps to share it with your coaches, your head of sport or your parents' association before ordering. Seeing how the kit is made makes it easier to agree on the details that matter, whether that is the toughness of a rugby shirt, the cut of a netball dress, the sponsor placement or the look of the tracksuits.
If you would rather talk through your fixtures and dates, send us a short message and we will arrange a call for you.

Kit tested before the squad orders, straight answers on timing, and one person who knows your fixtures.
No bulk kit is made until a player has trained in the sample and you have approved it. That sample then sets the standard for colour, print, fit and roster details across the squad.
We keep separate patterns for rugby, football, netball, basketball, cricket and athletics, because each sport moves the body differently and needs a different cut to perform well on match day.
Every set can carry a player's name and number, plus sponsor artwork, at no extra charge per print. We check the roster with you before production starts.
Orders start at 30 sets per team design, which suits a single squad or a touring side as well as a whole-school programme. You can begin with one team and add more sports later without changing supplier.

Rugby, football and hockey put real strain on a shirt, especially when opponents grab and pull. Contact jerseys are cut from tough ripstop fabric with stretch, and collars, armholes and side seams are stitched several times over and locked with bar tacks so they hold under pressure.
Colours and crests are printed into the fibre, so there is nothing to crack, peel or flake after muddy matches and hot washes. We test all of this on your sample first.

Choose the pieces each team needs. Every one can be made in your colours, with your crest, sponsors and roster.

Printed shirts and shorts in a relaxed athletic cut that leaves room for running and heading.

Tough ripstop jerseys with a reinforced collar that resists grabbing and pulling in scrums and rucks.

A racerback cut that lets players move freely, with tabs for bibs on match days.

Loose, breathable mesh sets with a generous cut through the body for comfort on court.

Featherlight singlets and split shorts for track and field, built to be barely noticed.

Matching travel tracksuits in your team colours, for warm-ups, away trips and presentations at the end of the season.

Your kit is how other schools recognise your teams. We print your crest, colours, sponsor logos, player names and numbers into the fabric using sublimation, so designs can include fine lines, small text and colour gradients without adding layers that stiffen the shirt or peel away.
Colours are matched to your Pantone references and checked on the sample, so football shirts, rugby jerseys, athletics singlets and tracksuits all carry exactly the same shade. Reorders for new players match the kit the rest of the squad is already wearing on match day.
Crests and team names on jackets and tracksuits can be embroidered for a raised, premium finish. Your designs and roster templates stay on file, so next season's kit, or a few extra shirts for new players, starts with a quick message rather than a fresh round of sampling.
The right team kit lets players perform without thinking about what they are wearing, and still looks sharp at the end of the season. Three questions are worth answering first: the sport, the weather your teams play in, and your branding.
Contact sports need tougher fabric and reinforced seams, so rugby shirts use a heavier ripstop that is hard to grab. Football and basketball kit can be lighter and looser for airflow. Athletics singlets are cut close and light. Each sport gets its own pattern, not a compromise.
Cold sidelines and long trips to away fixtures call for proper outerwear. Showerproof softshell tops, quilted bench parkas and rain jackets keep players and coaches warm between games without leaving them overheated during warm-ups. Each piece is made in your team colours.
Choose the kit for the toughest fixture of the season, and every other game takes care of itself.
Sublimation is the best choice for match shirts because the colour sits inside the fabric and survives hard washing, so crests, sponsors, names and numbers never crack. Embroidery suits jackets and tracksuits where a raised crest looks smart. Your sample shows both methods on the real fabric before any bulk is made.

Players should forget about their kit once the game starts. Here are the four things we never compromise on.
Performance fabrics pull sweat away from the skin and dry quickly, so players stay comfortable from the warm-up to the final whistle.
Four-way stretch fabrics move with players as they sprint, tackle and jump, without the shirt pulling across the shoulders or riding up.
Reinforced seams and bar-tacked stress points hold firm through tackles, scrums and weekly training sessions without splitting or fraying.
Bench jackets and parkas block the wind and rain, keeping players and staff warm between games.
One supplier for every team and sport, so colours, crests and fonts stay consistent from junior squads to first teams.

The minimum is 30 sets per team design. That lets schools kit out a single squad, a touring side or an athletics club without buying surplus shirts that end up in a cupboard. You can mix sizes freely within the order, and add more teams or sports later. Tell us what you need, and we will confirm a quote.
No. We use sublimation, which bonds the ink inside the fabric's fibres rather than laying it on top. There is no layer to crack, peel or flake, so colours and crests stay bright through muddy matches and repeated washing at home or in a school laundry.
Yes. Our rugby jerseys use heavy ripstop polyester with stretch, collars built to resist grabbing, and armhole seams stitched several times over and locked with bar tacks. They are made to cope with tackles and scrums week after week.
Yes. Player names, squad numbers, positions and your crest are built into the print file at no extra charge per print. We send you the roster to check before production, so every name is spelled correctly and every number is right first time.
