Supervisors, site commanders and security directors need rank that anyone can read at a glance, on a shirt that still looks pressed at the end of a long day. Benjima makes epaulette and rank uniforms for security agencies, aviation programs and uniform distributors who want officers to look organised, senior and ready.
We look after the whole program: officer patterns, size grading, shirting, epaulette straps, woven rank slides, braids, sampling, bulk sewing, inspection and delivery. Your uniform committee deals with one contact person throughout, and anything that changes how the uniform looks, from strap length to slide colour, is approved by you before it goes ahead.
Rank uniforms go wrong in small, visible ways. A strap that droops, slides that bunch, insignia that sits higher on one shoulder. We solve those details on the sample, long before they reach the parade ground, so a line of officers looks consistent from the first day.

Each program starts with a complete sample: the epaulette shirt, the trousers, a rank slide for each tier you use and any braids or ties. Put the set on your supervisors, slide your existing insignia onto the straps and check how everything looks in the light where they actually work.
Rank artwork is proofed digitally first, and a woven strike-off can be made so you see the real colours and bar widths. When the set is approved, it becomes the reference for bulk, and every finished shirt and slide is checked against it before packing. Extra slides for promotions can come from the same file.

The video shows an officer uniform order moving through our workshop: fusing collars and front bands, building stiffened epaulette straps, stitching the front pin-tucks, weaving rank slides on our looms and the final checks for strap symmetry. Your program follows the same steps, and we send photos at each stage so you never wonder about progress.
Rank decisions usually pass through a committee, and pictures help everyone agree faster. Share the video with the people signing off your uniform and use it to settle what matters most to you, whether that is the shade of the shirting, the width of the bars on each slide or how the sets are packed per officer.
Want to go through the options together? Send us a message and we will arrange a call at a time that suits.

Straps that never sag | Each epaulette is built from stiffened layers of interlining and box-stitched at the base, so it sits flat and level on the shoulder. Melamine buttons hold it closed through patrols and vehicle work.
Slides, braids and badges are produced in-house with your garments, so every order ships complete and colours match without chasing a second supplier. Ties and braids follow the same shade standard.
Strap tunnels fit standard rank slides, so your existing insignia stock still works. We check strap length against your own slides during sampling. That saves money and keeps old and new insignia matching.
Samples take 7-10 days and bulk follows in 21-30 business days after approval. You get a date for each step, and if one moves, you hear it from us straight away with the reason and a new plan.

Officer pieces for every rank tier

Shirting that stays crisp
Choose poly-viscose twill for hotels, corporate towers, airports and client-facing roles.
Choose poly-cotton poplin for warm sites and active patrols.
Add tunics and braids for ceremonies, inspections, parades and senior command staff.
Rank should be readable from across the room, and the shirt should look pressed when it is.

Fabric that breathes well | A moisture-wicking weave moves perspiration away from the skin, which matters on outdoor perimeters, busy terminals and crowded venues.
Fused interlinings and built-in collar stays keep the points flat, whether officers wear a tie or leave the neck open.
The 7-button reinforced front stays straight and closed when officers lean, reach, sit in vehicles or wear radio harnesses.
Pin-tuck spacing is matched across every size, so creases fall in the same place on smaller and larger frames.

Yes. We make complete sample sets with your woven rank slides within 7 to 10 business days, so your procurement committee can review them in person. Rank artwork is proofed digitally first, and nothing goes into bulk until the set is approved.
Each epaulette is built from several layers of fused interlining and box-stitched at the base. That keeps it stiff, level and securely buttoned during wear, including through repeated washing and long shifts in a vehicle. You can wash the sample yourself to check.
Bulk production runs for 21 to 30 business days once you approve the sample set. Woven rank slides are made at the same time as the shirts, so the complete sets are ready together and nothing waits on a separate supplier before packing begins.
Yes. We weave slide-on covers to match your existing width, bar widths, colours and insignia layout. Send us a sample of your current slides and we will produce a woven strike-off for comparison, so new and old insignia look the same side by side on parade.
We use 70/30 poly-viscose twill or 65/35 poly-cotton poplin, both treated with an anti-wrinkle finish. We will explain how each one feels, wears and costs so you can choose what suits your sites.
Every order is inspected to AQL 2.5, covering seam straightness, collar symmetry, epaulette position and button security. Shirts and slides are compared with your approved sample set, and you receive photos of finished sets before they are packed and shipped to you.
We ship door to door on DDP terms by express air or consolidated ocean freight. Customs clearance is handled for you, with full tracking, and delivery can be made straight to your regional office or split between branches if your sites are spread out.
