Shirts and trousers that match
Shirt poplin and trouser twill are dyed against the same approved standard, so navy stays navy across both pieces. Reorders are checked against that standard too, so new officers never look different from the rest.

A guard's shirt is the first thing the public reads about your company, and the trousers take the hardest wear of the whole shift. Benjima makes security shirts and trousers for guarding firms, facility teams and uniform distributors who want a smart look that survives long posts, duty belts and constant washing.
We handle the full order for you: patterns and size grading from XS to 5XL, poplin and twill fabrics, shade matching, sampling, bulk sewing, quality checks and delivery. One contact person looks after your order from the first message to the day the cartons land, and anything that changes the finished garment comes to you for approval first.
That matters because uniform problems rarely show on day one. A collar that curls after the tenth wash, trousers that split at the seat or a navy shirt that never quite matches its trousers. We test for those issues on the sample, before your officers ever see them.

Every order starts with a shirt and a pair of trousers made to your exact specification. You can try them on a real officer, put them through your laundry, buckle a duty belt over them and see how the collar, pockets and waistband behave after a full shift on post.
The sample shows you the real fabric, the real shade, the real badge tab and epaulette position, and the real fit in the sizes you choose. Once you sign it off, it becomes the reference every bulk piece is checked against, so the uniforms your team receives match what you already approved.

The video follows a security uniform order through our workshop: fabric checks, collar fusing, cutting, sewing the trouser seat panels, adding badge tabs and epaulettes, and the final inspection before packing. It is the same route your order will take, and you get photos at each stage so you always know where it stands.
Uniform decisions usually involve more than one person, from operations managers to the client whose site your officers guard. Share the video before you order and use it to agree on what matters most to you, whether that is a cooler summer shirt, a cargo trouser for patrol work or the exact placement of your company badge.

Matched shades, reinforced seams and one person who answers for your order from start to finish.
Shirt poplin and trouser twill are dyed against the same approved standard, so navy stays navy across both pieces. Reorders are checked against that standard too, so new officers never look different from the rest.
Double-layer seat panels, bar-tacked belt loops and a shirt-gripper waistband are part of the standard build, not extras. Your officers can climb stairs, kneel and sit in vehicles without worry.
Shirts and trousers are sized and ordered separately, starting at 100 pieces per style. Replace worn trousers without buying new shirts, and mix sizes to suit your actual team.
You get photos at each stage and a date for every step, from sample to dispatch. If anything moves, you hear it from us first, with the reason and a new plan, so your contract start date is never a guessing game.

Security uniforms are judged after months of service, not on the day they are issued. Our fabrics are tested to hold up through 50+ commercial wash cycles at 60°C, so shirts keep their shape, navy and black stay deep, and sizes stay true.
Collars and cuffs carry fused interlining that stops curling and bubbling. Pocket corners and belt loops are bar-tacked, and the easy-care finish means officers spend less time ironing before each shift, even after a long night on post.

Choose the styles your team needs. Each one can carry your badges, name tapes and labels, in matching shades.

Light poplin with a crisp fused collar and scalloped pocket flaps, made for warm posts.

Heavier twill with adjustable cuffs and epaulette bands, suited to winter duty and outdoor work in colder weather.

A clean, smart line with a gripper waistband, deep pockets and a solid brass zip.

Six-pocket patrol trousers with button-down side pockets and double-stitched seat seams for active shifts.

Formal shirting with sharp front creases, a reinforced badge tab and rank slide loops.

Combed cotton pique polos with chest embroidery and a pen slot, a comfortable choice for warm-weather posts.

Officers carry your reputation onto every site, so the uniform should carry your name too. We add embroidered name tapes, badges, woven placket tags and your own neck labels, and polybags can carry your brand as well, so the kit looks professional from the moment it is issued.
Name tapes can be made per officer from a roster file you send with the order, using colourfast thread that stays readable after hot washes. Badge artwork is checked on the sample along with everything else, so there are no surprises in colour, size or placement.
We can also pack each officer's matched shirts and trousers into a sized, barcoded pack. Your site managers hand out ready kits instead of sorting loose garments, and spare badges travel in the same carton. Multi-site firms can ask for packing by branch, with a packing list inside each carton.
The right security uniform suits the post, the climate and the work your officers actually do. Before you order, decide three things: the shirt fabric, the trouser style and how your team will be sized. Get those right and the rest falls into place quickly.
Poplin is lighter and cooler, which makes it the usual choice for summer posts and indoor reception desks. Twill is heavier and holds up better in winter and outdoor work. Both are a 65/35 blend that takes embroidery and badges cleanly, so your branding looks the same either way.
Flat-front trousers give a smart, formal look for corporate sites and front desks. Cargo trousers add side pockets for torches, notebooks and gloves on patrol. Both share the same reinforced seat, gripper waistband and bar-tacked belt loops.
Start with the post your officers stand at. The fabric and the cut usually follow from there.
Officers rarely fit neat sets, so shirts and trousers are sized independently. Any shirt size can sit with any waist and leg length, and trousers come hemmed or unhemmed for on-site tailoring. That way you issue what each person needs and avoid shelves of combinations nobody wears, which keeps stock costs down.

A uniform is judged by the person wearing it for twelve hours. These are the four things we get right on every order.
An internal gripper band holds the shirt in place through a whole shift, even when officers kneel, climb stairs or get in vehicles.
Fused interlining in the collar and cuffs keeps them flat and crisp, wash after wash, without any starch or heavy pressing needed.
Twin-needle outseams and a reinforced seat let officers bend, crouch and sit without strain on the seams.
Pen slots, hook-and-loop flaps and heavy twill pocket bags stop keys and torches wearing through the lining.
One supplier for shirts, trousers and the pieces around them, so shades, badges and labels stay consistent across sites.

Five steps from your first message to uniforms ready to issue. Nothing moves forward until you sign it off.

Component orders start at 100 pieces per style. You can order shirts and trousers separately or as matched sets, and spread the quantity across the sizes your team needs. That keeps a first order manageable and makes it easy to replace one item later. Send us your size breakdown and we will confirm the numbers and quote for your exact styles.
Yes. A tailored sample is usually ready in 7 to 10 business days. It lets you check collar fit, fabric weight and waist construction on a real officer, and nothing goes into bulk until you have approved it in writing. You are welcome to wash it first before signing off.
We fuse woven interlining into collars and cuffs under controlled heat, pressure and time. That keeps them flat through repeated commercial laundering, and you can test it yourself by washing the sample with your usual laundry before you approve the order.
Repeat orders are usually completed in 18 to 25 business days. We keep your approved shades and patterns on file, and can hold fabric reserves for routine replenishment, so a reorder looks exactly like the uniforms already in service.
Both. We offer trousers hemmed to standard leg lengths, or unhemmed with overlocked edges so they can be tailored on site to each officer. Many firms order a mix, with standard lengths for most of the team and unhemmed pairs for anyone outside the usual range.
Yes. Shirt and trouser fabrics are dyed and checked against the same approved standard, including across separate batches and reorders. Thread is matched to the cloth too, so stitching never stands out against the fabric.
Every order is inspected to AQL 2.5 for measurements, seam strength, button security and pilling. Garments are checked against your approved sample throughout production, and you receive photos before packing, so any issue is fixed at the factory rather than discovered after delivery.
We ship door to door on DDP terms by air express or consolidated sea freight. We prepare the export paperwork and handle customs clearance, so your uniforms arrive duty-paid and ready to issue. You get tracking details and a delivery date as soon as the order ships.
