Response teams, event security and perimeter officers put their uniforms through more in one night than most clothing sees in a month. They kneel, vault, climb into vehicles and catch on fences. Benjima makes tactical uniforms for security companies, tactical contractors and gear distributors who need clothing that keeps up with that kind of work.
We make field combat shirts, 8-pocket cargo trousers, tactical parkas, button-down duty shirts, epaulette shirts with patch panels, softshell jackets, performance tees, patrol shorts, riggers belts and rank patches. You choose the fabric, colour or camouflage, pocket layout and insignia panels, and one merchandiser looks after your order from the first prototype to the shipment reaching your regional warehouse.
With tactical clothing, the seams and the cut matter more than the label. A trouser that tears at the crotch on the first vault is no use. We build every garment around how your officers really move, and we prove it on a prototype first.

Every tactical order starts with a physical prototype made within 7 to 10 business days. Put it through a real shift or a training day. Kneel, crouch, climb in and out of vehicles, load every pocket and wear it under a plate carrier or duty belt to see how it behaves under load.
If a pocket sits in the wrong place or the knee pad slot needs to move, we change the pattern before bulk. Small pilots of 50 sets let you test fit and fabric with a full team, and the approved prototype then becomes the standard for every set we produce after that, batch after batch.

The video shows a tactical order moving across our floor: cutting mini-ripstop on the automated table, sewing triple-needle chain-stitched seams, adding bar-tacks at every load point, fitting hook-and-loop panels and running the final inspection. Your order follows the same path, and we send photos at each stage so your team never wonders where things stand.
Share it with your team leaders or procurement staff before you order. Seeing how knees are articulated and pockets are reinforced helps everyone agree on what your officers need most, whether that is a simpler patrol layout, a full field pocket set, a particular camouflage or loop panels sized to fit your existing patches.
Want to discuss it first? Send us your current uniform or a list of the kit your officers carry, and we will talk it through.

Seams that do not blow | Bar-tacks of 36 to 42 stitches sit on every high-load point, and outseams use triple-needle chain stitching with core-spun thread, so pockets, belt loops and crotch seams hold under real strain.
Start with 50 sets per pattern or colour to test fit and fabric, then scale to more than 25,000 sets a month without changing supplier or patterns.
Every order gets a 100% pre-shipment inspection, not a sample check, so each set that reaches your warehouse has been looked at before it left the factory.
Patterns and approved shades stay on file, so repeat orders match earlier deliveries. Fabric is booked in advance for agreed volumes, which keeps large orders moving instead of stalling while waiting for a mill to deliver.

Tactical garments for every assignment type

Fabric and colour choice
Choose mini-ripstop for patrol, perimeter and event security work every day.
Choose knit-torso combat shirts under body armour.
Choose softshell jackets for cold nights when officers need to stay mobile and dry.
Load the pockets, put on the duty belt and kneel down. That is the real fitting room.
Cut and articulation
From ripstop roll to field

Kneel without the strain | Articulated knees with internal neoprene pad pockets take the tension out of kneeling and crouching for long periods on hard ground.
A low-profile self-adjusting waistband keeps a secure fit whether standing, running or sitting for hours behind the wheel of a patrol vehicle.
Moisture-wicking knit torsos let heat escape under body armour or a plate carrier, while the ripstop sleeves resist abrasion.
Drawstring tie-down ankle cuffs close over boots to keep grit, debris and insects out on rough ground and long patrols.

Start your orderWe send ripstop swatches, shade options and a full pocket and patch panel layout drawing for you to approve.
Your prototype arrives in 7 to 10 business days for a real shift or a full training day with loaded kit.
Bulk follows the approved pattern on our sewing lines, and every single set is inspected before shipping.
Shipped by air or ocean on DDP terms, with all export and customs documents prepared.
Physical prototypes are made and dispatched within 7 to 10 business days. That gives your team time to judge fabric durability, pocket layout and stitch strength in real use before anything is cut in bulk, and to ask for any changes your officers want after wearing it.
We use high-tensile 65/35 poly-cotton mini-ripstop, stretch ripstop wovens and moisture-wicking knit torso fabrics, with Cordura-reinforced pocket edges. We will help you match the fabric to your climate, the work your officers do and how often the uniforms are washed.
Standard bulk production takes 21 to 30 business days after prototype approval. Expedited runs can be scheduled for urgent supply contracts. You receive dates for each stage with your quote, and photos as production moves along, so you can plan deployments with confidence.
Yes. We dye custom solid colours such as tactical black, ranger green, coyote brown and midnight navy, and we print custom camouflage patterns. Each shade is lab-dipped for your approval before bulk, then kept on file so later orders match what your officers already wear in the field.
Yes. We stitch mil-spec loop fields on sleeves, chests and collar backs, with ultrasonic sealed edges that do not fray. Panels are rated for more than 10,000 peel cycles, and their size is agreed on the prototype.
Every tactical production lot goes through lab tensile pull testing, tear propagation checks and AQL 2.5 seam audits. On top of that, every set gets a 100% pre-shipment inspection, so problems are caught at the factory rather than in the field.
We ship worldwide on DDP terms by DHL or FedEx air courier, or by consolidated ocean container. We prepare full export and customs documents, and goods go straight to your regional warehouse, so your team does not have to deal with clearance or duties.
