Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

benjima ships worldwide from our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. We regularly deliver to North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and Asia. If your country isn't covered by our standard courier partners, contact us and we'll arrange an alternative route.

2. Couriers & Delivery Times

All orders ship door-to-door with full tracking via our courier partners:

  • DHL Express — typically 3–6 working days after dispatch
  • FedEx International — typically 4–7 working days after dispatch
  • UPS Worldwide — typically 4–7 working days after dispatch

For larger volumes, air or sea freight options are available on request — freight timelines and costs are quoted per order.

Delivery time is separate from production time. Standard production is 7–20 working days depending on order size and customization; your confirmed timeline is stated in your quote before payment.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is quoted per order based on destination, weight, and volume, and is stated clearly in your written quote — there are no hidden charges added later. Bulk orders may qualify for discounted or consolidated freight rates.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we share the tracking number and courier link with you by email or WhatsApp. We also share production photos of your packed order before it leaves our facility.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our quotes unless specifically agreed in writing (e.g. DDP terms). We provide all commercial invoices and documentation needed for smooth customs clearance.

6. Delays

While our couriers are highly reliable, delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspection, weather, or peak-season volume. If your shipment is delayed, contact us and we'll chase it with the courier directly on your behalf.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Every order is inspected and photographed before packing. If your shipment arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items — we'll file the courier claim and arrange a resolution. Lost shipments are investigated with the courier and replaced or refunded as appropriate.
