A collection is a full wardrobe for one kind of workplace: the blocks, the fabrics, the finishing and the size grading that suit it. You pick the collection, we adapt it to your brand, and it becomes your spec sheet from that point on.

The printing method
How custom uniforms sublimation actually works.
Sublimation is not printing on top of fabric. Heat turns the ink into gas and the polyester fibre absorbs it, so the colour becomes part of the cloth. Nothing sits on the surface, which is why a sublimated kit does not crack, peel or go stiff at the chest.
STEP 01
Artwork
Your design is laid onto the pattern pieces, so seams and panels line up on the finished garment.
STEP 02
Transfer print
The artwork prints to transfer paper in mirror image, colour checked against your approved swatch.
STEP 03
Heat press
Roughly 200 degrees for 60 seconds. The ink turns to gas and bonds inside the fibre, not on it.
STEP 04
Cut and sew
Printed panels are cut and assembled here, so the design runs edge to edge with no white seam.
Choose sublimation when
The garment is polyester or a performance knit, the design covers large areas or crosses seams, you need gradients, photographic panels, names and numbers, or the kit will be washed hard every week. Colour cannot crack because there is no layer to crack.
Choose embroidery or print when
The fabric is cotton rich, the branding is a small chest logo, or the look needs the raised texture of thread. Sublimation will not take on cotton and will not show on a dark garment, so those jobs run on the embroidery line instead.

What is the minimum order for custom uniforms sublimation?
Sublimated kits start at 12 pieces per design because there is no screen or plate to set up, only a transfer print. Tailored collections such as corporate or school start at 50 pieces per style, since those carry pattern and grading cost.
Can I mix collections in one order?
Yes, and most contract clients do. Corporate shirting, scrubs and teamwear can run together and ship in one consolidated carton set, marked by site and size.
Will sublimation work on a cotton uniform?
No. The ink bonds to polyester fibre, so it needs a polyester or performance knit base. On cotton rich cloth we use embroidery, screen print or heat seal instead, and we will tell you which one suits the garment before you order.
How long does a collection take to produce?
Sampling is 7 to 10 days. Bulk is 21 to 30 days depending on quantity, branding method and whether the fabric is stocked or dyed to your colour.
Will a reorder match the first delivery?
Your shade is lab dipped and kept as a physical standard on file, and sublimation artwork is stored with the colour profile it was approved against. Reorders match that standard, not a screen reference.
Do you supply size sets before bulk?
Yes. You get a pre production sample in the approved fabric with your branding applied, and a graded size set on request. Bulk is only cut after you sign it off in writing.
