This policy explains what information Benjima collects when you visit benjima.com, request a quote or place an order, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. It covers this website and any enquiry you send by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Who we are
Benjima is a wholesale clothing manufacturer producing team uniforms, gymwear, hoodies, jackets, gloves and private label apparel. Our production facility is at Wazirabad Road, Sialkot 51310, Punjab, Pakistan. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

- Your name and your company or team name
- Email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- Target market or destination country
- Product category, quantity and delivery timeline
- Delivery address and, for shipping documents, any tax or import registration number you supply
- Files you attach to the quote form: artwork, tech packs, logos, size charts, reference photos, spreadsheets and PDFs
- Anything else you write in the message field

- IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type
- Pages viewed, time on page and the site or search that referred you
- Cookie identifiers, described in our Cookie Policy
What we never collect here
We do not take payment card details on this website. Payment is by bank transfer or an agreed payment service, so those details stay with your bank or that provider. Do not send identity documents through the quote form.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send you a written quotation
- To make samples and produce, inspect and pack your order
- To arrange freight, customs paperwork and delivery
- To answer your questions and provide after sales support
- To keep the accounting, tax and export records the law requires
- To spot spam and abuse of our forms
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
We do not sell your information, and asking for a quote does not put you on a marketing list. If we start a newsletter you will have to opt in, and every email will carry an unsubscribe link.

Your artwork and designs
Artwork, tech packs, patterns, logos and samples you send remain yours. We use them only to quote and produce your order. We do not resell your designs, reuse them for another client, or publish them as our own work without your written permission. Inside the factory they are seen only by the design, production and quality staff working on your order.
If you want a signed non disclosure agreement before sending a tech pack, send us yours and we will sign it.
Who we share information with
- Freight and courier companies, to ship your goods and clear customs. They receive the consignee name, address, phone number and the commercial invoice.
- Our web host and email provider, who store the site and the messages our forms generate.
- Automattic (Jetpack), which provides site statistics, security and sharing features on this website.
- Google, where you load the embedded map on our contact page or the fonts used across the site.
- Banks and payment services, to receive and reconcile payment.
- Government authorities, where the law requires disclosure.
We do not share your information with advertising networks or data brokers.
International transfers
Benjima operates from Pakistan, so your information is stored and processed in Pakistan, and wherever our hosting and email providers operate, which may include the United States and the European Union.
Pakistan has not received an adequacy decision from the UK or the European Commission. Where we receive personal data from the UK or the EEA we rely on the transfer being necessary to perform our contract with you, or on your explicit consent, and we apply the safeguards described here. If you need a data processing agreement or standard contractual clauses for your own compliance file, email us and we will arrange it.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of cookies: essential ones that keep the site and the quote form working, statistics cookies from Jetpack, and cookies set by Google when the map or fonts load. The full table is on our Cookie Policy page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though blocking the essential ones will break the quote form.

Ask us to delete your artwork and patterns at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep a copy attached to an order record.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to a particular use, send it to another company in a portable format, or withdraw consent you previously gave.
Write to business@benjima.com from the address you used with us and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge and we will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in the EEA or the UK and you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California, the rights above apply under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data and uploaded files is limited to the staff who need it, on password protected accounts. Files sent through the quote form are stored on our web server and downloaded by our sales team.
No system is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
Children
This is a business to business website. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to social profiles, courier tracking and other outside sites. Once you leave benjima.com this policy no longer applies, so read the policy of whichever site you land on.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the business or the law changes. The date at the top of the page is the date of the most recent change.
