Shipping Policy
Everything we make ships from our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. This page explains how long production takes, which freight options are available, who pays import duty, and what to do if a shipment arrives damaged or short.
Production time
Production time is separate from shipping time. These are working days, counted from sample approval and cleared advance payment, not from the date of your purchase order.
| Category | Production time |
|---|---|
| Samples | 7 to 10 days |
| Knitwear: tees, hoodies, joggers | 15 to 22 days |
| Sublimated team uniforms | 18 to 25 days |
| Activewear and leggings | 18 to 24 days |
| Jackets and outerwear | 20 to 27 days |
| Gloves | 20 to 26 days |
Repeat orders using an approved pattern usually run about a week faster, because sampling is skipped. Peak season books out early, so confirm your slot at quote stage.
Shipping methods
- Air courier. DHL, FedEx or UPS. Fastest option, best for samples and orders up to roughly [200] kg.
- Air freight. Airport to airport for mid sized shipments, cheaper per kilo than courier once volume builds.
- Sea freight. LCL for part loads, FCL for full containers. Lowest cost per piece, longest transit.
Freight is quoted separately once carton weight and volume are known. We will tell you which option actually makes sense for your quantity and your deadline, even when it is the cheaper one.
Shipping terms
The term that applies to your order is stated on the quotation and the invoice.
| Term | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| EXW | You arrange collection from our factory and pay all freight, export clearance and duties. |
| FOB | We deliver to the port and handle export clearance. You pay the main freight onward. |
| DAP | We deliver to your address. You pay import duty and taxes on arrival. |
| DDP | We deliver to your address with duty and taxes paid, where available for your country. |
Delivery estimates
Transit time after dispatch, excluding customs holds:
| Region | Air courier | Sea freight |
|---|---|---|
| North America | 4 to 7 days | 30 to 40 days |
| United Kingdom and Europe | 3 to 6 days | 25 to 35 days |
| Middle East | 2 to 4 days | 10 to 18 days |
| Australia and New Zealand | 5 to 8 days | 25 to 35 days |
| Asia | 3 to 6 days | 15 to 25 days |
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection, seasonal congestion, port strikes and public holidays all add time, and none of them are within our control.
Duties, taxes and customs
Unless your order is quoted DDP, import duty, VAT or sales tax and customs brokerage in the destination country are payable by you. These are set by your government, not by us, and they are not included in our invoice.
We supply a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin where required, and we declare the true value and correct HS code for the goods. We will not under declare a shipment. Asking us to do so will end the order.
Packaging
Every piece is inspected, folded and individually polybagged with a size sticker, then packed into export cartons marked to your packing list format. Retail ready packing, custom hang tags, barcode labels, printed polybags and carton marks are available on request and quoted with the order.
Split and partial shipments
If part of your order is ready earlier, or you need stock in hand for a launch date, we can dispatch in stages. Additional freight cost for split shipments is payable by you and is quoted before dispatch.
Tracking and documents
You receive the tracking number and shipping documents on the day of dispatch. For sea freight you also receive the bill of lading and the estimated arrival date. Ask us at any point and we will re send the documents.
Damaged or lost shipments
Check the cartons before you sign for them. If the packaging is damaged, write it on the carrier’s delivery record before signing and photograph the cartons before opening them.
Tell us within [7] days of delivery, with photographs and the affected quantity, so we can file a claim with the carrier. Claims raised after that window, or without photographic evidence, are very difficult to recover.
Shortages
Count the cartons against the packing list on arrival. Apparel orders carry an accepted quantity tolerance, described in our Terms of Service. Anything outside that tolerance, tell us within [7] days and we will reconcile it.
Incorrect addresses and documents
Please check the delivery address and the consignee’s tax or import registration number before dispatch. Re direction charges, storage and demurrage caused by a wrong address or missing import documents are payable by you.
Restricted destinations
We cannot ship to countries under trade sanctions or where our carriers do not operate. If your destination is affected we will tell you before you place the order, not after.
