Measure Like a Manufacturer

How to Take Accurate Measurements

The most reliable method: lay a well-fitting garment flat and measure it — that's exactly how we spec production.

ChestLay the garment flat, measure armpit to armpit, then double it for the full circumference.
LengthFrom the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.
WaistFor bottoms, measure across the relaxed waistband and double it — note if the waistband is elastic.
SleeveFrom the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff along the top of the sleeve.
Hand (gloves)Wrap a tape around the widest part of the palm at the knuckles, excluding the thumb.

Fit Tips for Bulk Orders

Know your market's fit preference

US & Australian buyers lean toward athletic/regular fits; European sizing runs slightly slimmer; Middle East markets often prefer a relaxed cut. Tell us your target market — we grade the whole run accordingly.

Order a size-set sample

For first orders, we recommend a size-set (one piece per size) so you can verify the full range on real bodies before bulk — costs adjust against your invoice.

Spread your size curve wisely

A typical adult curve is 1:2:3:2:1 across S–2XL, but gymwear often skews M–XL heavy. Share your sales data and we'll suggest the right ratio.
